Small new apartment of about 30 m² located 12 minutes from Hourtin Plage and Lake Hourtin-Carcans, 26 minutes from Pauillac and its estuary, including 1 bedroom with 1 double bed, 1 sofa bed 2 places, corner Kitchen, living room with TV and free wifi. Sheets and blankets provided as well as towels. Outside, terrace with garden furniture, bench, and 2 sun loungers, electric barbecue, closed parking on the property.

The terrace of 20m2 allows you to enjoy the environment, to relax and dine outdoors.

Perfect for accommodating 2 adults and 2 children comfortably while staying in our charming region or while traveling for work. The accommodation has all modern comforts. 14 m² studio in the center of Soulac, close to the market, and 400 m from the central beach. The place is new. Very small but functional, there is everything you need for a vacation stay. Comfortable 160 cm king size bench. Linens and dish towels are provided but NOT bath towels. WE NO LONGER ACCEPT BICYCLE TRAVELERS WHO WANT TO RETURN THEM. we practice self check-in and check-out.

Quiet, in the countryside, 10 minutes from Saintes city center, we welcome you to a gated property with private parking, in a very functional studio. An adjoining terrace allows you to have lunch in the sun while enjoying a view of the wooded park with Ouessant sheep and chickens.
