The burgher's house in which the accommodation is located is a national cultural monument listed on the Central List of Cultural Monuments of the Czech Republic. The building is the main entrance gate from the historical centre of the historic zone of Třebíč – Karlovo náměstí, through the exceptionally sensitively reconstructed court wing of the hotel on the embankment of the river Jihlava, to the newly built footbridge for pedestrians and cyclists, which leads directly to the centre of the Jewish town and further to the castle area of Třebíč with the Basilica of St. Prokop.
