The property is a newly built wine cellar that offers modern accommodation in the middle of vineyards. The wine cellar consists of a ground floor, first floor and attic. On the ground floor there is an entrance kitchen, toilet and wine cellar with seating and plenty of wine for consumption. The first floor offers 2 rooms with bathroom and balcony, hallway and entrance to the roofed terrace with seating and barbecue. In the attic, there are 2 more rooms with bathroom and a beautiful view of the vineyards or the Vyšicko lookout tower.

The central point of the house is a modern fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher and a dining table. Bathroom with shower. There is a garden with herbs and a quiet seating area in the privacy of the courtyard. For the youngest guests, we have a children's play center, picnic seating and a sandbox. You can use the outdoor seating, lounge area, grill, outdoor fireplace and swing.
