Had a lovely week here! It was really cosy, felt like a little home from home. So useful to have guaranteed parking if you’re coming and going a lot too! Maria and Stephen were very accommodating and helpful - and the drive in the TR6 was a highlight of my week. Thanks for making me feel right at home. Strongly recommend this property!

We stayed at Sarah’s place for 6 nights and had an amazing time. She went above and beyond to ensure we were comfortable, the home is walking distance from “downtown” and less than 200M from a beautiful Sainsburys grocery store. The gardens were very peaceful and tranquil, an absolute joy to look out at. We were initially booked in the basement suite but the garden studio was available on arrival and Sarah gave us the option to change, which we did. She was very gracious and welcoming, provided sundries in the fridge, croissants, granola and other basic groceries for us on arrival. I highly recommend this place and would definitely stay again.

Great little place on the top of the cliffs just above the pier. Im a bit bias because I grew up in Felixstowe but it was just great! Fab little pad even if we didnt use the kids room, great for just me and my partner to have the full space to relax in! The only thing I'd say was the mattress was a little on the solid side it being a spring only but honestly such a tiny detail! Was fine for the 4 nights we stayed! Will definitely love to stay again :))

We stayed as a group of friends at this charming house, and it exceeded all our expectations! The property was even more stunning than the pictures, with a perfect blend of rustic charm and modern comforts. Vanessa is incredibly kind and attentive, making sure we had everything we needed for a fantastic stay. The peaceful surroundings and beautiful scenery provided the perfect backdrop for a memorable getaway. We can't recommend this place enough and would like to return one day!

We had a lovely time staying in this charming property. The host was excellent and very responsive throughout, and I would definitely recommend this home for a break with friends or family.

We really enjoyed our stay at Anna's place. It has been finished to a very high standard and is very spacious. The house has beautiful views over looking a valley and benefits from a south west facing garden which gets the late sun. We would recommend the place to others.

The house was absolutely lovely. Gorgeous inside and out, and very comfortable to live in. The village is very quiet, but it's only a short drive into Colchester, where you can find tons of things to do. Chris was a great host who made check in easy and made us feel very welcome in his home. Would definitely stay again!

Beautiful barn conversion with plenty of space and areas for everyone to enjoy! Well kitted gym, outdoor bar and hot tub were well looked after and a fire pit for nicer weather! Large kitchen and dining table for the whole family and a lovely sitting room with large sofas to relax on. Great accommodation and would stay here again in the future!

Booked the lodge as a surprise for my best friend’s 40th birthday. Four of us in total, that don’t get to see one another often; and everything about this experience made it so special. Selina was so accommodating and flexible to our individual needs; kindly letting 2 of us access the lodge ahead of check-in time, to set up birthday banners & afternoon tea (ordered from No. 142 Cafe in Oulton Broad). The entire stay exceeded all expectations! The photos don’t really do it justice. The lodge is stylish, comfortable, and spotless. The double bedroom boasts its own access onto the spacious veranda, and such a lovely marina location. A fab bar/restaurant onsite too, which we enjoyed the next day.
