Vacation rentals with lake access in Suffolk

4th year visiting Bramble Cottage and again, didn't disappoint. Warm and cosy, with everything you need for time away. Log fire heated hot tub is amazing and worth heating to sit in and watch the sky.

We only have good things to say!!! Helen and family were so lovely and welcoming. We felt right at home, and what a gorgeous home! So many thoughtful touches and had everytbing we needed and more!! The sauna and natural pool were great fun, and it was so relaxing to have a fire on in the evening. This was the PERFECT setting for our group holiday (and perfect place for our celebration!). Also we would recommend booking Eva their daughter for a yoga session, it was incredible and very restorative. Have left the holiday feeling very grateful and restored! Thank you!!!

Wonderful long weekend , the chalet was well equipped ,warm and cozy . Superb location, perfect for families who love the water . Highly recommend the rising sun for sunday lunch , lots of character , great landlord.The Chalet feels a little dated but is homely and comfortable , it met our needs perfectly . Marc was a great host

We had a wonderful stay. The cottage is lovely, well furnished and modern. The pub at the end of the road is very handy. We took a walk around the marina which was very nice. Hosts are fantastic and have very quick replies and answering any questions. We would definitely come again.

We absolutely loved our stay. We had great weather so we sat outside a lot enjoying the river views. We also enjoyed using the kayaks, they were great fun! Our host replied to messages quickly and she was really helpful. The lodge itself had plenty of space for all us and had everything we needed. Definitely recommend for a wholesome weekend!

Beautiful home in a very peaceful setting, with plenty of space both inside and in the expansive gardens. Justine was there to greet us and responded to any subsequent queries promptly. It was so great to be able to pick the produce from the kitchen garden and to collect the freshly laid eggs, whilst the farm shop (for other supplies) is about 20 mins walk into the village itself. Overall, we had a wonderful weekend celebrating a very special birthday! Highly recommended!

a lovely location and property. Great it has a car charging point. Worked really well for our disabled friend. really well equipped, even included doves for cooking! brilliant utility / drying room. At checkin Caroline, the owner, was worried about car noise from the road, we weren't. it was not an issue for us and she says the road is soon to be closed from one end anyway. Lovely log burner, house got too warm!! All in all a lovely experience, would go again

We had a lovely week in the house. It is very spacious and beautifully presented. The living room is very comfortable and we enjoyed using the log-burner given the cold February weather! We found a great local walk on the doorstep and visited the various towns nearby. It is a very short drive from various supermarkets and you can get to the coast easily. I would highly recommend this lovely property - great for a group to socialise but equally lots of space to find peace and quiet to relax.

The apartment was clean and as described. good for a couple nights stay whilst at university. Zonja was a huge help and accommodating with check in as we arrived late, this was much appreciated. Perfect location for the quayside and the university would use again.

Great place to stay with beautiful views towards the meer. Glad the cafe closed at 5pm so evenings were more peaceful and relaxing

Christina was such a helpful host. She came to meet me at the station to make sure that I got there ok. Her place was lovely - clean & cosy and very well located. I slept very well during my stay and everything that I needed was right in my doorstep. Thanks Christina 🙂

Fantastic gem for a weekend stay for a couple. Beautiful surroundings and an amazing space made our weekend away extra special. The hosts were lovely and personable and made us feel very welcome.

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at this Apartment. Sarah was incredibly welcoming, kind, and made sure I had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The apartment itself was spotless, well-equipped, and had such a cozy atmosphere. It felt like a home away from home! I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable stay. Thank you again for such a great experience!

Swan view is a lovely place to stay. Great space. Easily walkable to restaurants. Very clean and just as described/pictured. Matt and Michaela are great hosts. They have put together a binder with everything you need to know about the apartment and the area. They are also quick to respond.

Very nice stay. I was there for a week for a work and everything that you could require was already there. Nice and cosy to make you feel right at home. Would definitely stay again

Absolutely beautiful stay. The accomodation was lovely with everything we needed but we spent most of our time outside by the swimming pond. You could feel the love and hard work put into the space and we enjoyed it immensely. The stars were absolutely incredible and filled the sky which was a lovely added bonus. James set up the fire and oil lamps for us which were beautiful as the sun went down. We were also blessed by a visit from the beautiful resident doggos - couldn't have asked for more!! Will definitely be back ♥️

The location is very private at a beautiful location right on the Broads . The accommodation had everything we needed for our stay it was very clean and tidy and was in easy walking distance to the town . We met Sue on our last day and she is very friendly and helpful . We really hope we will be able to return next year .

Lovely house with all the kitchenware need it, nice peaceful location very close to London so good for a short weekend away from the city. Friendly host, always ready to answer any queries. Easy to find and to check in and out. Exactly as the pictures show. Highly recommended.

great space for large families. 3 separate cottages linked with internal doors. can't hear a thing from each cottage and connected for when wanting to get between them in the day. loads of space, very peaceful and certainly enough space for 12 people. didn't use the shepherds hut as didn't need to. we had a visit from the recommended masseuse who was amazing !! the bikes are a bit rundown so didn't use them. beautiful tennis court

Lark Lodge was a wonderful place to stay for us! It was very clean. The lodge is next to a nature preserve out in the country with walking trails and lots of wildlife. Its a great place to stay if you need a break from the hustle and bustle of the city but a close enough drive to towns with pubs and grocery stores. Ten out of ten!

We very much enjoyed our stay. Lovely, clean and welcoming. Set in a beautiful location and the accommodation has been finished to a high standard. Beds are super comfy, WiFi and heating were amazing and everything we needed was available. Only problem we should have booked 4 nights ;)

My friend and I, with our 3 dogs, had a wonderful escape here and felt so relaxed for the whole time. By day 2 we were talking about coming back.

Lovely relaxing long weekend in the Suffolk countryside. We were treated to local bread, butter and a lovely bottle of wine. We enjoyed our bbq and paddle on the boating lake, which our hosts were kind enough to arrange for us. Even helped us out when we left things behind - much appreciated. The Calf Pens Is a beautifully cosy home from home - would highly recommend.

Mill Lodge was small and cosy with a great enclosed space for the dog to stay in. The kitchen was equipped with pretty much everything we needed though smaller cups for coffee would have been nice (though really not essential 😃). There was a great walk to the beach for the dog and a nice local pub (Kings Head) for lunch. We would definitely come back if Henry will have us.
