Large windows offer stunning views of the winter landscape with snow-covered trees and in summer of the beautiful forest from the high mountain.

You can leave your car in the parking lot for the duration of your holiday, as within a 150m radius of the apartment you will find ski trails, ski slopes, hiking and mountain biking trails, a beach, a wakeboard track, a disc golf course, fishing opportunities (rainbow trout), equipment rental, a restaurant, a bowling alley, a convenience store and a sauna world. Nearby, there is also a horse riding stable and the Syväjoki fly fishing area.

Linens, towels and final cleaning are included. The apartment is about three kilometers from the center of Kajaani in the direction of the airport.

The wonderful services of Hotel Iso-Syötte, as well as the other services of the center, are within walking distance.

Kick back and relax in this calm and stylish, brand new Villa Lepola! Welcome to enjoy a fell getaway to Iso-Syöte. Villa Lepola is a stunning holiday destination completed in January - 25. From the cottage yard, you can go mountain biking, hiking, or skiing in the winter. Iso-Syöte slopes are about 2km away. You can also get to the snowmobile trail almost directly from the cottage yard. Please note when booking that the yard work is still partially unfinished.
