The pretty village of Ségur is located 20 minutes from Rodez (famous Soulages Museum/Saturday supermarket) and 10 minutes from the Levezou/Pareloup Lakes as well as 40 minutes from Aubrac, famous for its burons and family ski area.

Situated less than 100 metres from the GR "Au fil du Tarn" and less than 40 minutes from Albi, it is the ideal place to enjoy the peace and quiet during your holidays. Your Villa Théo for 4 persons will be composed of a living room/kitchen area, 2 bedrooms and a private garden area where you can enjoy the sunrise!

The cottage consists of 2 rooms, a living room and a fitted kitchen, then a very spacious bedroom with an ensuite, toilet and bathroom.

The 80 m2 Cayman Gîte is an independent gîte in an outbuilding of Villa Crocodile. Sleeps 5. Benefiting from all modern comforts, it is decorated with antique furniture and offers panoramic views of the river. It offers a comfortable terrace and access to the garden along the river. The owner's pool is accessible from 2pm to 6pm. Given its proximity to the river, it is not recommended for children who cannot swim.
