Adjacent/attached to our house but totally independent. The apartment is a bit vintage, like at grandma's, it is independent of our accommodation, it is composed of a large bedroom, a bathroom, toilet and kitchen (sink, coffee maker + Senseo, small fridge, microwave, gas stove, washing machine). It is close to Lake Roucarié with its beach. My place is good for couples with or without kids, and solo travelers. We will simply welcome you as we like to be welcomed: with ease!

Private room with full autonomy

The ROOM (without kitchen) is completely self-contained, private toilet and bathroom, access through a private entrance to the accommodation. It is located in a part of our house and can ideally accommodate 2 people (up to 3 if necessary, extra charge of €10/night). In the event that the 2nd bed (armchair convertible into single extra bed) is necessary, even for 2 guests, an additional €10 will be charged upon arrival. The room is to be left clean (or €10 cleaning fee)

The cottage is adjacent to the main house and has a fully independent entrance. You can park your vehicle in front of or in the courtyard. Close to golf and the racecourse, the cottage, on a wooded area of 6000 m² is between town and countryside 4 km from the historic center of Montauban.
