There are 2 jet ski lifts and room for a 20' boat. 2 Kayaks are also provided! At this time, lake levels at the house are full !! (There is a boat ramp in the neighborhood and community pier for fishing and swimming also). Use of Kayaks, boat dock, swimming or other activities is AT YOUR OWN RISK.

You will be close to Canton (First Monday) 25 miles, Tyler-45 miles, Cedar Creek Lake -10 miles, or Dallas -60 miles. We are located in a quiet rural area with cows, horses, and birds for neighbors. JetSki is available for longer term (3-6 month) rentals. The home is on half an acre with open water. Pet friendly as the property is totally fenced in. There is a $70 pet fee per trip.
