You can simply spend the day in the spacious, diverse garden, listen to the silence, choose one of the many beautiful outdoor seating areas to read, meditate, look at the surrounding hills, while one of the two cats purrs comfortably next to you on the bench. Or watch the frogs jumping at the pond. Or go into the small forest on the hill. Or accompany the free-range chickens picking herbs at dusk. Or or … It will not be boring to stay in this place, which the host Giovanni cherishes and cares for with love and knowledge. Everything thrives. And everything is sustainably designed. We felt very comfortable in our apartment. Giovanni has individually designed it with craftsmanship, imaginative details and a lot of color sense. It had everything we needed and Giovanni fulfilled every additional request and had good tips ready. We will be happy to come back.

Alex is an amazing host. She made us feel so welcome. The apartment was very Tuscan quaint and the location was wonderful for driving around Tuscany.

This was the best property we have ever stayed in. Really a dream property - Lorenzo the host is lovely, answered us within minutes and helped with everything we needed. The house is just spectacular in its beauty, a rustic and special house with a magical yard, a comfortable kitchen where we have prepared a number of meals and a warm atmosphere. The rooms were clean and tidy, the place was big and inviting and the yard is just dreamy. There was a response to everything we needed. I have no words to even recommend from most we had a good time. Thank you so much

We had a wonderful stay with Franca and Flavia. They were very kind and helpful, always available for questions, they gave tips to eat and made reservations for us. The appartement was very clean and cosy, it was fully equipped. The wifi was very good, wich was handy with 2 teenagers. The surroundings were green and quiet, you had a lot of space to sit in the garden, there was enough privacy for everyone. The pool was clean, well maintained and there were enough seats for everyone. Our dog Kai also loved it here, he was warmly welcomed by Franca and Flavia. They even walked him on the day we went to Rome ❤️ he had lots of space to roam. On wednesday you can order home made Bread wich is a real treat, very tasty and fresh. We felt really at home at il corniolo and we will visit again in the future. Thank you for the great hospitality!

Evaristo's beautiful cottage is nestled very near Assisi, but tucked away in nature just enough to make you feel at peace and on your own. We highly recommend this stay! The olive groves, trees, and open space are great for the soul. It is very quiet with stunning views, and the cottage felt very comfortable and clean. There was a downstairs apartment that was not booked, so we had the entire villa and garden/terrace to ourselves. The gardener did come each morning to water and maintain the grounds, but he was very friendly and unobtrusive. Evaristo is very clear about all of the rules of the house, including payment of the city tax and extra guest fees, but be sure to read all of these details before you book and arrive so that you are not surprised. We highly recommend this stay!!

We had the most amazing two weeks in Luca's gem of an countryside apartment. The apartment was very clean upon arrival, and is located in the most stunning valley. Luca and his family was very friendly, would always help is with any questions we had and gave us really good reccomandations of the area. We really enjoyed our time there.

Fernando is a very gracious host. His apartment is large and very tastefully furnished, a very comfortable bed, everything necessary is available and the Wi-Fi works perfectly. It is beautifully situated overlooking the surrounding hills. The garden has many opportunities to settle comfortably and if you are a bit interested in plants, you will find a lot to admire here. La Bulletta has remained in our hearts! The place is enchanting, you are immersed in nature and the location is always well ventilated in the afternoon and night. The pool is an added value,after all our laps a nice bathroom to regenerate was appreciated by everyone. Daniele, with her sister Emanuela and little Lucia, dad and mom are really wonderful, they gave us tips about the surroundings and more. We will definitely be back!!!

We really enjoyed our stay at Caroline’s place with friends and family. The place is as pictured and Caroline was so helpful with recommendations for things to do and day trips. She also graciously agreed to keep the pool open a few weeks longer than normal so our kids could enjoy it. The surroundings are beautiful and we really enjoyed sitting out on the patio and watching the sunset. We would definitely consider Caroline’s place again if we go to Tuscany.

Unforgettable vacation. The farm stay and the pool are immersed in nature. Sun loungers, sun loungers, umbrellas, all the pool environment and private garden area are very well-kept. The private part of the garden is visible but this does not disturb. Very clean house. We would love to come back.

Wonderful place, felt very welcome!

We had a wonderful stay at Antico Casale and Stefania is a lovely host who is always attentive and friendly. The apartment has two bedrooms, a spacious bathroom and one kitchen/dining room. It is possible to use an outside area right outside the apartment for breakfast or other meals. The pool is quite big, provides beach lounges and a seating area (with BBQ). The view is picturesque and the area itself quiet. It takes about 8 minutes by car to go to Umbertide. It was a perfect summer vacation and we’d love to come back soon.

If you’re looking for a peaceful, romantic, picturesque getaway, look no further. Our time at this stay was perfect for us to unwind and relax on our honeymoon. The kitchen and bathroom were stocked with everything needed to feel at home. Ariel the dog and a sweet fluffy orange cat will come check on you throughout your stay. Mama Valentina provided ample help and was a warm presence to have nearby. The location is perfect to check out surrounding cities and was filled with gorgeous views. We stayed for 13 nights and enjoyed every minute spending time in such a beautiful and relaxing home. Clean and tidy with so much outdoor space was just magical. Scenery was amazing and everything was true to what was advertised and described. Dror was so responsive we really appreciated that. Thank you for what was everything we had dreamed it would be. Without hesitation would recommend to anyone.

We had a lovely stay in the apartment. We especially loved the pool, partly because of the beautiful view. The apartment is richly equipped and is in an ideal place to explore surrounding villages and cities. In short, recommended!

We found this late one night and luckily there were some open spots. Alessandro responded to us very quickly to inquiries. When we arrived yours we were impressed, it looked exactly like pictures and was very beautiful. It was very pleasant and peaceful there. Those who were there were very hospitable and helpful with all the requests. There is something off to things around but it is very recommended if you want to relax and relax. I would highly recommend.

I absolutely LOVED this place. Everything about this location is an Italian escape. I've been to Italy several times, and have been using AirBnB for a very long time, and his was by far my favorite place. The rooms, the outside gardens, the olive groves, the pets, the sunsets, the views...the absolute best. Just outside the city of Perugia, and close to restaurants, and 15 minute drive to the city, close to grocery stores. This place was cozy, and had a real farmhouse feel. Te host was awesome! Filippo was always quick to respond, was on site when I checked in, had recommendations for places to eat, get groceries, places to visit. He was incredible, and an amazing host. I would definitely come back.

This villa is truly one of the best Airbnbs we’ve stayed in over the past 15 years! Everything exceeded our expectations. The location is perfect - easy to reach from Rome airport with a swift 90-minute drive - and the view is simply breathtaking. We were greeted with chocolates and the house itself is well equipped, with every amenity you could need. The fenced-in area added a sense of privacy and security, perfect for families/pets or just enjoying some peaceful outdoor time. The decor and layout of the villa made it feel both luxurious and homely. Floriana was an exceptional host, always responsive and ready to help with anything we needed. She offered fantastic local recommendations, including private cooking class/private chef. Her local insights and care truly enhanced our stay. We’re already planning our return and can’t recommend this villa enough! If you’re looking for a beautiful escape with stunning views and a top-notch experience, this is the place.

For our family vacation, three couples and a 1-year old, the place was perfect. The ability to spend the heat of the day in the huge pool or inside the refreshing lodging made the stay excellent. The place is close to groceries, pharmaceuticals, restaurants, local sites, cities, etc. Ken was always responsive to whatever issue we brought up and his quick replies were greatly appreciated.

Our stay at Giovanni’s was incredible. He went above and beyond to cater to our needs. It was perfect for our family with young children.. a wonderful private property with plenty to do, but no need to even leave the property if you don’t want to (especially with such a wonderful pool area). Giovanni and Paolo were great at communicating and did everything they good to help us, even when we had special requests.

So happy we had the chance to stay here. We'll always remember the beauty and deep sense of peace.
