Amazing stay, it made our anniversary unforgettable. The accommodation was very nice, with attention to detail and equipped with every comfort, located in a very quiet area in the greenery, really spectacular! The owners are two pleasant people, very helpful, welcoming and ready to help in any case, they made us feel at home! We took advantage of the relaxation area, equipped with a private sauna, clean and attention to detail (towels, bathrobes and slippers available) and a space hot tub, the water was well heated (perfect temperature, in my opinion) and the owner, Gigi, was nice to organize an aperitif on board with sparkling wine and appetizers. I would say everything is very perfect for our chance. A place I'll definitely carry to my heart, where I'd be happy to come back! Thank you 🥰

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ We stayed divinely from Vittoria and Renzo! The apartment has every detail, with an elegant and refined design. Everything was perfectly clean and welcoming, creating a relaxing and pleasant atmosphere. In addition, they welcomed us with a delicious surprise: a very good artisanal tart for the snack, a gesture that we really appreciated. It was a real pleasure staying here, we felt pampered and comfortable from the very beginning. We look forward to coming back! Thank you so much for this wonderful experience.

The apartment is exactly as shown in the photos, even better! Clean, thoughtful, tastefully furnished and with everything you need to feel at home. The location is fantastic and super convenient to explore the center on foot. If I go back to Perugia, I already know where to book!

We absolutely loved our stay at Barbara’s apartment and without a doubt the perfect host that went above and beyond our expectations. The apartment is modern , spotlessly clean with every amenity and then some and the best location for exploring Orvieto. We loved it and hope to return. Thank you Barbara for a 5* stay !!

Casale al Lago is a small corner of heaven, immersed in the Orvietan countryside with a breathtaking view that invites you to focus on the present moment, enjoying the beauty that surrounds it and relaxing your mind. Tiziano and Claudia who welcomed us were two really great people, friendly and kind. highly recommended extras, products such as charcuterie and Titian eggs, which allowed us to have breakfast for champions!!!

When we first drove uphill through the beautiful green countryside and reached Monte Santa Maria Tiberina and Bourbon Palace, we were amazed by the breathtaking views and the charm of the ancient castle. The comfortable apartment is located on top of the castle with a view of the mountains. You can take a time out in the sauna area and then relax by the fireplace in the spacious and cozy living room. Everything was perfect. You can feel the special care for details. The location is incredible. The ancient architecture of the village and castle will make you feel like you are in a fairy tale. This is the place for a romantic time out in the middle of beautiful nature. You can take a deep breath and enjoy the sunsets over the mountains and the woods. Filippo and Silvia are the most thoughtful and fun hosts. They provided us with everything we needed and had excellent recommendations. Many thanks to Filippo and Silvia for such a wonderful time! We'll be back for sure, Andrea.

Beautiful apartment in a stunning former monastery. The pool is surrounded by olive trees and the view of the hills. Is a very peaceful place with lots to do and see in a very short distance. We went for bike rides and visited beautiful towns in Tuscany and Umbria. Samira helped us a lot with directions and tips where to go and what to do. Lovely lady! We had an amazing time. We would definitely go back another time. 🤩

A beautiful villa on a mountain in Umbria overlooking Lake Trasimeno. The pictures don't do the picturesque view justice. The space was clean and had everything we needed for our stay. Relaxing in the spa downstairs was a much needed treat after our fast paced traveling in the busy cities of Italy. Communication with Letizia was seamless. She helped set up a complimentary tour of the company's olive oil production. Would stay again!

I can't recommend it enough! From the moment I arrived, I was struck by how clean and well-maintained the place was. The interior was beautifully preserved, with every detail reflecting the character and charm and coziness of the region, while the exterior was equally delightful, surrounded by scenic views of the olive farm. The highlight of my stay, however is the animals.The three dogs were the perfect companions; they were so friendly and loving that it felt like they were my own. The resident cat added an extra layer of warmth to the experience, making the entire stay feel truly special. The surroundings of the olive farm provided a peaceful atmosphere that was perfect for relaxation. I spent my days soaking in the beauty of the landscape.

We highly recommend Peter's estate, an oasis of peace and quiet. The house is equipped with all comforts and is surrounded by wonderful gardens and ponds.

We spent a week with our group of friends at Aldo and his son's house. Communication with them was very straightforward and if we had any problems, we were quickly helped. The house is superbly equipped and we felt comfortable right from the start. With the sauna and the large pool in the garden, there is hardly any reason to leave the house. And if you feel like taking a trip, good ice cream parlors and beautiful small towns, such as Cortona can be reached in 10 minutes by car. Thanks for a wonderful, relaxing week!

The location is beautiful and extremely peaceful. Antonio has taken great care to provide every possible amenity including a sauna, cooling pool, Jacuzzi, outdoor grill and so forth. Inside he has generously offered complimentary champagne, luxury quality olive oil and bathroom amenities one expects from a five star hotel. Regrettably, for personal reasons, we had to leave after only one day but would have loved to stay for longer.
