Mrs. Monika, kind and welcoming, makes us feel immediately at ease by giving us her complete availability, we take advantage of it immediately and ask for a tour, which she shows very willingly, in which we are accompanied by 2 beautiful small dogs very polite, who also accompany us to take the tour, what to say different panoramic corners with sunbeds on the view, and the possibility of dining or having a romantic aperitif, it was very relaxing and we thank Mrs. Monika for the welcome

Here, it is wonderful to wake up with Marion's beautiful view and super breakfast. The place is in a quiet area that serves as an excellent base for visiting the area. Rome, Lazio, Umbria and Tuscany are very easy to reach. The hospitality of Marion (and her sweet dogs) is great and we therefore recommend taking advantage of her offer to dine. She can cook super tasty! The house is equipped with every comfort, clean and well equipped. So I would no longer look for a stay but book it immediately!

We stayed in Fratticciola for a weekend, it went great! The house is very nice, clean, and well maintained. The location is convenient, by car you can reach the nearby cities, you can walk to a winery or take walks admiring the landscapes. The host is very helpful, he responded immediately and also recommended activities in the area. We were also expecting some local specialties and wine, we were very happy!

Wonderful stay at Katia’s, we are on a bike trip and decided to stop one night there before reaching Norcia. The place is simply amazing, above Accumuli with a wonderful view on all the mountain surrounding. Comfortable stay, warm and lovely welcome by Katia and all her family. Highly recommend to take advantage of their home made products, everything was delicious. Definitely a real and authentic experience, worth doing!!!

We were incredibly impressed by Case Nucci! The place is cozy and cared for in every detail. The service was great, with friendly and very professional staff. We especially appreciated the privacy that Case Nucci offers in addition to the warm and relaxing atmosphere. We'll definitely be back!

It's one of those places you wouldn't want to write the review because you'd like to keep it all to yourself... It's an authentic immersion experience in the woods and the beautiful landscape of the calanques. The house is surrounded by nature, very clean, pleasant and cared for. The nearest village can be reached in a few minutes and has all the essentials (bars, groceries, excellent trattoria with typical cuisine). Tobia's hospitality was exquisite, we immediately had a good time. Super attentive to any of our needs and at the same time very discreet and informal to make us feel very comfortable and relaxed.

The place is wonderful, surrounded by nature. Everything was tidy and clean. The kitchen had everything you need to cook (spices, oil, etc.) . Applause should be given to Steve and his two sweet dogs, who are always available and kind. Steve is a great host and has always made himself available from the start, where he came to pick us up before the white road with his off-road. During the stay, we needed medicines that we hadn't brought, and he provided them for a moment after we wrote to him. Amazing stay, in an incredible place, managed by an incredible person. Our stay with Anna was so nice. As soon as you arrived, Gaia (Anna's daughter) and her boyfriend were waiting for us at the gate. Gaia explained everything about the house in detail, and we found a very good homemade apple cake on the table for us. The only thing is missing information on Airbnb about heating, which you pay extra - information to add on this site since we didn't expect it. Anyway, the place is incredible and in the middle of nature, perfect for peace of mind. We found three days of rain but for sure with good days you can enjoy a jacuzzi, swimming pool, rocking chair, table and outdoor sofas... very nice context, clean house and very kind people. Thank you very much!

We spent a great week in this beautiful studio with a lot of peace and quiet in the breathtaking view over Tuscany. The communication with Janneke and Hein was more than outstanding - they answered immediately and gave some good recommendations for shopping (about 8 km to the city Penny, Gala and Conad), excursions and restaurants. Both also live on the estate (above) but keep to the background and privacy is secured !!! What would be important is the approach via a 1 km long gravel road up the mountain. There really is a lot of pure nature, i.e. animals of all kinds to admire but also many mosquitoes (spray highly recommended). Living area secured with mosquito nets everywhere! If you are looking for something with a lot of love for detail, with wonderful views/tranquility, this is the place to be! All pictures correspond to reality! We can totally recommend it !!!
