We are the first house (or the last depending on where we arrive) of a small very quiet hamlet between Dinan (20 minutes away) and Saint Malo (15 minutes away). The cottage is a totally independent studio on our property. It is accessible by a staircase and is not overlooked. It has a private garden, also without any vis-à-vis, with table and chairs, umbrella, coffee table and sunbeds, barbecue... The pool, heated to 28 degrees is only open in the summer, from June 26 to September 6.

Upstairs, a large bedroom with beams and ceiling height. Pool, generally accessible from June to end of September. We provide barbecue and tables. Close to the banks of Rance, 10 km from Dinan and 20 km from St Malo. Shops nearby. A peaceful haven on two hectares and a pond. Wellness massages available.

My Preference Pool Sauna

You will stay in a comfortable cottage with an indoor pool heated to 30° all year round, sauna and treadmill, all in a beautiful 100 m2 room. Bed linen, bath towels and adult bathrobes are provided. Ideal for a relaxing or sporting holiday, possibility of tourist discoveries (15 minutes from Mt St Michel, 20 minutes from Granville, 20 minutes from St Malo, Cancale etc.) Discover the Bay of Mont-Saint-Michel, the Chausey Islands and its salt meadows sheep.

Another world in another time

This luxury cottage of 240 m2 is located on the ground floor of a very large villa built in 1976, former property of a rich industrialist of the “thirty glorious”. Renovated in 2019 while maintaining the hedonistic identity of the place, the space is articulated around a room of 140 m2 where you can swim, lunch, relax or listen to music, and a large living room of 40 m2 with billiards, tv of 2 m diagonal, virtual helmet, video library, library.

Small haven of peace to come and rest and relax. The accommodation is equipped with every comfort, with fitted and equipped kitchen. Quiet, perfect for a romantic stay or even for work. You can relax in the Nordic bath provided, offered one heater per day. Swimming pool access June to September.
