Monthly Rentals in Valencian Community

Great hosts, very friendly, super helpful. House is tidy, nice patio. We had an amazing stay, very good public transport to the city and the coast, less than 5 min walk to 2 supermarkets, plenty of local restaurants within less than 5 min walking distance. Close to Turia gardens. We can definitely recommend.

Nice place to stay during the off-season.

It's a small place, but we knew that going in. We had a great time during our 3 months there and he couldn't have been more accommodating.

Alain is very attentive, he explains everything and is very friendly and friendly. The apartment meets its non-home function, but to start your life in Valencia or a short season is fine... you have your space, the apartment has everything, easy to park, good location.
