When the weather is nice, the newly landscaped outdoor area can be used. The apartment is located in a small village with approx. 1,000 inhabitants. Within walking distance to the Rhine. A small village shop is located in the center of the village.

Die ca. 30 m² große Wohnung befindet sich im 1. OG. Die Wohnung ist komplett möbliert, incl. Handtücher und Bettwäsche. In der Küche befinden sich eine Senseokaffeemaschine, Herd, Backofen Toaster und Microwelle. Die Küche ist funktionsfähig aber etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Neue Küche ist für 2026 vorgesehen. Our apartment with old wood floors, tiled stove and lovingly restored furniture impresses with old belly arms. The listed house was built in 1774 and has been family-owned for 6 generations.
