About the clouds

The property is located about 1,250 m above sea level and is characterized by the cozy atmosphere and the quiet location at the end of the access road. It is only about 5 minutes by car to the lift station for skiing or the mountain bike trail (summer). The valley and the nearest supermarket are about 12 minutes away, there is a bakery near the lifts. It is located in Edelschrott, Styria, Austria in the middle of a forest on a clearing. 4 hectares of meadows and forests all round belong to the house and can be used freely. Full day, no matter what season. Absolutely no noise from cars, construction sites or anything else. Wifi !!

In my house, where people who live here and guests meet, there is an apartment with 2 rooms, a kitchen with a dining area and a bathroom with a toilet. The apartment is located on the second floor of the house and forms its own residential unit and is well suited for 4 people. !! Attention: the bathroom is half a floor lower and can be reached via steps. The garden can also be used. If required, the seminar room can also be booked.

Wake up in a hut built with wood from our forest, in an idyllic location. In the morning, from your warm bed, you can gaze through the panoramic glass, and admire the magnificent view of the Kamnik-Savinja Alps. In the hut is one double bed with a pull-out extra bed, small kitchen with fridge, outdoor terrace with deck chair. Every hut has its own bathroom in the immediate vicinity (15m-30m).

Enjoy the sounds of nature and its warmth. The cottage is in the mountains out of the city noise and fast life. The place is without heating so you will be all the more connected to nature. The accommodation is also an excellent exit to the hills, located at 650m above sea level right on the hiking trail to Porezen.

Ideally suited for nature lovers and athletes. The forest and mountains can be explored directly from the property. The beautiful Packer reservoir is only 5 minutes away by car. Free Wi-Fi and parking space available. Dogs are welcome in our apartment. An additional final cleaning fee of €25 will be charged.
