Our rental residence consists of the main house and guest house in a 2,000 m2 land in Gümüşlük. 3 rooms , 2 bathrooms , kitchen and terrace available in the main house The guest house consists of a room one bathroom, living room, kitchen and terrace. Flat foot entry is available. A peaceful residential place completely away from the noise. There is a 50 m2 private pool. The use of all these two houses belongs to the renter. The hotel also belongs to us in Gümüşlük. Our guests can benefit from discounted breakfast and other meals.

Turgutreis is 150 meters away from Bodrum road. The house is zero. It has never been used. There is 24-hour hot water, Vrf heating and cooling system.

There is also a bed in the dressing room to be used if needed. Both bedrooms have access to the balcony. In the summer, you can watch the sunrise and sunset.

Our house is a 20 minute walk to the seaside. We are living downstairs with two cats and a big dog. I'm writer, my husband is painter. İt's in a quiet and calm region surrounded by greenery and flowers. If you think they can deal with our animals you can bring your pets with you. And the house is not not suitable for children under 15 years of age. IMPORTANT NOTE: The house and the neighbourhood would not be convenient or suitable for conservative family.
