On the ground floor there is a spacious stylish meeting room with a kitchen and a large table for 12 people. Upstairs there are 3 bedrooms and one children's room with three beds. The property is suitable for families with children, business stays, stays with friends...It is our beloved place that we care for with love and love to share with others.

Spacious accommodation with a large terrace overlooking the Ploučnice River and the surrounding hills. There is a shared garden. You can make a fire here or sit in a spacious pergola. The accommodation is on the first floor. So consider whether you like stairs. There's another apartment below you. Everyone has their own private entrance and their own terrace. The accommodation is located in the village, so sometimes you can hear grass mowing or wood cutting. There is also a bike path.

Malé změny dělají celek. Celek pak prezentuje naplněné sny. Snažíme se udržet hodnotu historie, kterou hledáme pod nánosy jílu, barev, obkladů a listí. Vize je ale jasná. Tu jsme napsali hned na začátku a držíme se ji mozoly i odřeninami. Prostě: "Cimra bude. Nový projekt. Starý dům. Krásné místo. Prostor snům." Chata u Jezera

The cottage is located on the shores of Milčanský Pond, about 13 minutes by car from Česká Lípa in a beautiful pine-birch forest. We discovered it by accident and it was love at first sight. It has undergone a major renovation to be exactly as we imagined it, and now that everything is done, we are happy to share it, because we want everyone to have the opportunity to draw energy from this beautiful corner of Bohemia.
