Aimee’s boathouse is the perfect escape. From the moment we arrived, we felt relaxed and truly cared for. Aimee clearly has a gift for hosting—evident in every thoughtful detail, from the beautiful interior styling and luxurious linens to the homemade treats and indulgent skincare products. The surrounding landscape is breathtaking—lush, open, and serene. We felt completely immersed in nature. The amenities made our stay effortless. We especially loved the cozy firepit and the perfectly appointed little kitchen, ideal for preparing simple, comforting meals. The outdoor seating area quickly became our favorite spot—perfect for enjoying a sunset drink and, as it turns out, a proposal! We feel incredibly lucky to have gotten engaged in such a special place. Thank you so much to these wonderful hosts for creating such a magical experience.

We had a wonderful stay here. Loved the house, which is really well equipped and tastefully decorated. The location is fab for seeing West Cork. Loved the cakes from O’Neill coffee across the road, and there is a choice of supermarkets on your doorstep. Couldn’t ask for more!

We had a great stay at Mairead's place. It is clean, cosy, and has everything you need to make your stay comfortable. The beautiful surroundings of the area only adds to the charm of the apartment. Mairead was always on hand to offer advice on what to do and see in the area. Overall, a great stay and highly recommended!

We had a very peaceful family get away to Dominic’s cosy cottage. The cottage is refurbished to the highest standard with everything in good working order. It was absolutely squeaky clean, very spacious both indoors and outdoors with beautiful country views. Dominic was detailed in his instructions and always quick to respond to our queries. This is a lovely spot for a restful break. We would definitely book again.
