Three of us enjoyed our stay. The house was exactly as advertised and super cute and cozy. We really liked the little porch in the backyard and sat out there in the sunshine. James is extremely responsive and made our stay easy and stress free. Would recommend and would stay again!

The host behaved excellently in addition to her kindness she was extremely collaborative in a mishap that happened. The house and place are cozy and close to all the Springs we wanted to visit.

We had an absolutely fantastic time staying at Vladimir’s place. From start to finish, everything exceeded our expectations. The communication with Vladimir was smooth and prompt, making the booking process hassle-free. Upon arrival immediately felt like home. The space was immaculately clean and nicely decorated, providing a cozy and welcoming atmosphere.

I stayed with my husband and 2 kids in Disha’s home and it worked beautifully for us! The kids and I felt completely safe staying here when my husband was working; we walked the loop and it was quiet and the neighbors we saw were friendly. The beds were very comfortable and we enjoyed the fenced in yard since we also brought our dog. The location was convenient for Walmart delivery and to all the fields trips we took each afternoon. Disha responded quickly, she was incredibly easy to work with. I definitely recommend this home!

This was just what we needed. A three night stay away from the busy town we live in. My son and husband thoroughly enjoyed fishing at the shoreline. My son and I ventured out on the kayaks and had a great time. The beds in both rooms were very comfortable which is so important when on vacation. Another plus was all the roads were paved on the way to the house. We ventured downtown to the bait shop and the Guns and Gifts store had so many cute items for adults and kids. Anytime we had a question Brian was quick to respond. Hard to leave. Highly recommend.

We really enjoyed our stay. The cabin was very cozy and a perfect amount of space for us and the dog. It was a very peaceful and quiet area. It's very beautiful there. Colleen was a great host. She invited us to have a Bonfire but unfortunately we got rained out. Thank you Colleen for everything!

Cathy and Dale were wonderful hosts!! Myself, my boyfriend and his brother drove from Maine to Florida for “Swampfest” in Waldo. The space was perfect for all of us and we had everything we could have asked for provided from Cathy and Dale! (Thank you for the treats!! They were perfect for our quests and long drives!) These two go above and beyond to provide comfort and ease with your check in and check out. Their home and space is adorable and a literal home away from home. Definitely get a chance to sit on the dock or on the back porch for the views, breeze, and sunshine! Our trip was full of exploring, so the bnb was primarily used for night, and it was AMAZING to come back, shower, eat, and sleep! Their home was perfect for our stay. I cannot express more about their gratitude and generosity! Thank yall again so much!!!

This was our third time staying at Lesley’s place and we’ll be back again. Highly recommend, no complaints. And the sunset on the Lake is gorgeous.

This is my second time staying at Kellie’s place. As with the first time (scroll up for first review) everything was perfect!!!! Kellie is an amazing host! She is friendly, proactive and goes out of her way to make sure you feel at home! This place has the most comfortable, HUGE bed with very soft linen. I love having a tv in the bedroom so you can watch a movie in bed to wind down. The kitchen is well equipped and having a Keurig coffee maker and pods is so convenient. The entire place is IMMACULATE! The unit is very quiet and private. It’s also so close to many springs for summer months and a quick 20ish minutes to Lake City. Don’t hesitate booking this sweet spot when travels bring you to Branford!

Connecting with this place was like winning the airbnb jackpot. It was an absolute treasure! I was only there for one night as a traveling stop but wish I 'd stayed so much longer! The lake and property are stunningly beautiful, magical, and peaceful. Lesley and Steve couldn't be nicer, and they put so many thoughtful touches into the rental. You can tell how much they enjoy hosting and care about their guests. I deeply enjoyed watching the sun set over the lake from the dock and enjoying my morning coffee with the birds. I also loved writing in the screened in porch. I wasn't there long enough to kayak but look forward to doing so, and exploring Melrose, next time. The place was cozy; the bed was comfy. It far exceeded my expectations for the price! Meeting Stella and Booties was such a wonderful bonus and the nature blessed property is beyond gorgeous and relaxing. It felt like a mini retreat! I could not recommend booking here more - just give yourself time to enjoy it!

My family and I had a great experience. The area is so quiet and peaceful. The house had everything we needed with beautiful personalized touches. It was a short walk to the river where there was a dock. We had so much fun!

This log cabin property was the perfect place to relax on the extensive decking surrounded by trees. We had rain one morning but that gave us a reason to lounge in the covered area on the front porch watching the squirrels play. At night on the back deck we took in all the stars in the sky. The kitchen was well stocked for cooking in. Walk out the lane and across the road to find a walking path. Fanning Springs park was close by with a lake and walking trails. We loved our stay here.

Tiny homes are a perfect sanctuary. They were built with expertise and attention to detail so much better having the air conditioner outside of the house in the noise will not run. The heater is extremely quiet too and it’s pretty much soundproof in that house. I enjoyed staying there and hope I can continue to stay there more.. I can back up and unload into the tiny house and load back up in seconds. It feels like you have your house attached right next to your car like you’re camping. It’s wonderful.

Sugar Shack is delightful. Gwen’s place is well-equipped. The surroundings are perfect. My husband and I loved the peaceful setting on the Suwannee River. We spent a lot of time relaxing on the deck and walking the quiet neighborhood.

Amazing hosts. Anything we needed they were quick to accommodate us. Felt safe and comfortable during the duration of our stay. Even helped us to river to float with the kids. My dog had the time of his life running around the open property. If your looking for a relaxing get away in the peace and quiet this is a must!

This was a great place to stay, remote and peaceful. Follow the directions, cabins are at the veryyy end of the long dirt driveway. I loved sitting by the river in the morning drinking coffee. Make sure to bring fresh water and coffee supplies. I got incredible sleep on the comfortable bed. This place is a great relaxing escape with no tv. I turned off my phone. Thanks and I'll be staying again!
