But there may be construction noise from time to time. (adjacent houses) Outdoor area is not yet completed and will be gradually being laid out in summer / autumn 2019.

This is the ideal location for an active or passive break of 2 to 7 days in order to relax, do sports and go sightseeing. Come and visit us, we would be pleased to spoil you.

Our "Seeherzchen" (23 sqm) is small and cozy, only 200m from the bathing area at the lake. With a beautiful view of the castle park, you can enjoy quiet island days here. An indoor pool, sauna & table tennis are also available. Maybe see you soon? The swimming pool is open daily from 6 a.m. to 10 p.m., except in the two weeks after the autumn holidays in BW (usually the first 2 weeks of November), it is serviced and closed. The sauna is open daily all year round from 6 a.m. to 10 p.m.

Dies ist die Erdgeschosswohnung (EG) in unserem schön gelegenen Haus in Tengen. Der Bau aus dem Jahr 1820 ist als erhaltenswertes Gebäude im Ensemble der Altstadt eingestuft. Die Bauweise in massivem Bruchstein gibt dem Haus eine wunderbare Atmosphäre; Dank der Lage am Stadtgraben hat man einen offenen Blick nach Süden. Weitere Wohnung im Obergeschoss: dem Erdgeschoss vermieten wir seit Kurzem auch die separate Wohnung im 1. Stock über Airbnb.

Our cozy, large, bright apartment is ideal for 1 - 3 guests who want a relaxing break. At the same time, it is a great starting point for excursions into the beautiful surroundings and to interesting destinations. The lake is just a few minutes down the mountain. Here you can take the ferry to Meersburg - and the island of Mainau is not far away. A nice long shore path or the free, direct bus (about 15 min.) leads to the old town.
