Trendy B&B just off the Amstel River and on the edge of the center of town. The B&B is located in the popular Weesperzijde area, just steps away from the Amstel Hotel and Royal Theatre Carré. In the immediate vicinity you will find a variety of cafes & restaurants including the hip and happening Café Restaurant De Ysbreker, the Breakfast Club, Café Loetje and Bagels & Beans. There are several new and old museums to choose from in walking distance such as the Contemporary Museum of Art (Stedelijk museum), H’ART Museum (Hermitage) and Artis Zoo. Tram and metro are just around the corner and will get you to the hart of the city within minutes, such as the lovely Jordaan (Soho of Amsterdam) and also very convenient for Schiphol Airport and the Amsterdam RAI Exhibition and Convention Centre. The B&B is in a traditional eighteenth century Amsterdam brownstone, it has a private entrance and features a luxurious private bathroom. In addition, the room has a luxurious king size box spring, a built-in flat screen TV, modern furniture including Nespresso machine and kettle for your use, a large wardrobe for luggage, clothes etc and free WIFI. On request we can place a cot in the room. Breakfast is excluded but nearby there are many nice places where you can go to enjoy a delicious breakfast. As a young family we enjoy sharing our experiences in the trendy yet cozy city of Amsterdam. We can give you some great insider tips for unique local restaurants and clubs for a great night on the town.

In the middle of the bulb region, close to the train station, you can stay in our cozy basement with private access and parking. You can relax here! There are drinks in the fridge and a bottle of wine ready for you. There are many possibilities for cycling or hiking among the deer. The cities of Haarlem (10 min.), Leiden (12 min.) and Amsterdam (31 min.) are easily accessible by train. On request, I will be happy to prepare breakfast for you. (€30 for 2 people)

The studio is renovated in 2018 and there is also an outdoor private terrace where you can enjoy the sun and a great view. There are a lot of nice restaurants and nice coffee bars just around the corner and you can go by foot to the city centre or by tram. To enjoy Amsterdam while staying on a floating houseboat, will surely be something hard to forget! The location of the houseboat is quiet, visually spacious thanks to the harbor and river, but it's also very Central. Amsterdam Central Station is 13 to 15 minutes walking or (4 min by bus). Also the famous "Jordaan" area is right on walking distance. Smoking is NOT allowed inside the boat.and yes you have your own shower and toilet

Or rather nature. The Amsterdam Rhine Canal is in our backyard. In short, variety and comfort in Amsterdam.

Studio "De Zwaaihoek" is located in the old village center of Egmond aan den Hoef, a small village between dune and sea from where you can celebrate a quiet or active holiday, both in summer and in winter. The summer house is 500 meters away from the dunes, and 2 km of the sea. The studio was newly built in 2021.
