“The views out the front and back of this property are superlative. And I mean superlative - etched on the mind forever type of views. Sit on the far side of the island with some binoculars and a little patience and you can see wild otters. We did, and that was just awesome. This Airbnb is a place to unwind and reconnect with the world. The property is renovated to very high standard, but is pretty tight. Could be cosy, could lead to cabin fever. There is no convenience shop on Easdale Island. Bring toilet roll, bar soap and anything else you don’t want to do without in case there isn’t any in the let. You will likely pass the Tesco in Oban on your way - stop and pick stuff up! The Puffer restaurant on the island requires reservations for evening meals in the restaurant area, but not the bar. You CAN eat on the island. (And drink draft Tennents or a wide selection of whisky). It is run by an agency not a person - this means it is very well managed, but impersonal.”
