Vacation rentals with breakfast in Binic-Étables-sur-Mer

Very nice house, located in a quiet environment (road allowed only for local residents, we did not see anyone passing) a few minutes' drive from the beaches (where it is easy to park). The floor is very well arranged for children who have their small living room with games and TV (including a foosball table that made our children happy!). The ground floor is composed of a spacious and very well furnished master suite. The rooms are spacious, as are the garden which is huge! Only negative point: the presence of a large quantity of flies at the time we stayed. The hot weather and mansion spreading are probably the cause.

Our stay at Virginia's cottage was perfect. Our host was very welcoming, attentive and responsive. We won't forget our stay there soon.

We had a pleasant stay at Morgane's. The cottage is exactly as described, very clean, well-equipped, functional and well decorated. It is also well located geographically allowing you to discover the area both on foot and by car. The plus: Morgane's Breton far is excellent!!! I recommend it!!

Great house, very conveniently located close to a large supermarket. The area is also a perfect base to explore cote d’armor and very close to a number of beautiful beaches. The house is very roomy with a very wel equipped kitchen. Very quiet neighbourhood and a few nice running /hiking trails starting almost at your doorstep.

We had a great time at Gregory's place. The house is very well located, and had all the elements specified in the listing. Communication with Gregory was very simple, accurate, and non-invasive. The kids enjoyed the toys, books, and other games in the property. We recommend, we even think about coming back!

Victoire and Alix's house is nicely decorated and well equipped. The bedding is comfortable. The situation is great! Jennifer is lovely, she advises us great! Thank you for your kind attention!

Very nice accommodation, even in the middle of winter! The cup of coffee in the morning on the balcony, even in the cold, with the sea in the distance (not that far away!) is worth its weight in gold! The walk on the GR34, which is easy to access from the accommodation is a must. The owners, whom I did not see or hear, were very nice, answering within a minute by text if needed. Everything was perfect!

We had a pleasant stay at this ideal and very convenient house with children. Many games are available as well as plenty of cooking accessories. Ghassan is a very easy and warm host in touch.

A place and a hostess who is worth a visit! Since the beginning of our arrival, Josette has taken great care of us, which is rare and very nice after long hours of driving. The apartment is in a great location, everything can be done on foot and we already miss the charm and tranquility of Paimpol. The bedding is great, very well-equipped kitchen and space quite enough for two people, we also loved the small sunny courtyard that was available to us, in order to have lunch or have a good aperitif in the middle of plants and old stone. If we have to return to Paimpol one day we will call Josette again without a second thought.

Willy's accommodation allowed us, through its location, to discover the bay of St Brieuc by moving around during the day; and its calm to rest us on our return. Nicolas

Great place to go for a trip to the island of Bréhat. Also well located for visiting Paimpol. Very responsive and welcoming host and concierge.

Very friendly and pleasant host. Nice decor and bedroom on the same landing as the bathroom. Comfortable bedding and everything is available. Breakfast with homemade fruit salad, coffee, chocolate, brioche, breads and homemade jams. We recommend ++

pleasant stay in Isabelle's house, located in the center and easy to access. the reserved parking on the street was very useful, the breakfast prepared by Isabelle, who is really nice, was excellent. Highly recommended!

Great place, the room is spacious, beautiful and clean. The hosts are very friendly. The plus: the dinner which is a treat like in a super good restaurant for a super price, thank you chef. Our stay at Véronique's went very well! Very accommodating, available, and simply friendly, we enjoyed breakfast with her (her strawberries and other garden produce!) the presence of the baby bed was also a real plus and we highly recommend this rental for families with young children! Thanks again to Veronique who was a great host, and if you're hesitating about taking this rental: go for it!
