Vacation rentals with breakfast in Binic-Étables-sur-Mer

Very nice house, located in a quiet environment (road allowed only for local residents, we did not see anyone passing) a few minutes' drive from the beaches (where it is easy to park). The floor is very well arranged for children who have their small living room with games and TV (including a foosball table that made our children happy!). The ground floor is composed of a spacious and very well furnished master suite. The rooms are spacious, as are the garden which is huge! Only negative point: the presence of a large quantity of flies at the time we stayed. The hot weather and mansion spreading are probably the cause.

Our stay at Virginia's cottage was perfect. Our host was very welcoming, attentive and responsive. We won't forget our stay there soon.

Great house, very conveniently located close to a large supermarket. The area is also a perfect base to explore cote d’armor and very close to a number of beautiful beaches. The house is very roomy with a very wel equipped kitchen. Very quiet neighbourhood and a few nice running /hiking trails starting almost at your doorstep.

We had a great time at Gregory's place. The house is very well located, and had all the elements specified in the listing. Communication with Gregory was very simple, accurate, and non-invasive. The kids enjoyed the toys, books, and other games in the property. We recommend, we even think about coming back!

We had a pleasant stay at this ideal and very convenient house with children. Many games are available as well as plenty of cooking accessories. Ghassan is a very easy and warm host in touch.

We had a very nice week at Roland's in Perros-Guirec From the moment we arrived, he greeted us while playing the piano, which created a warm and relaxed atmosphere. Roland was an exceptional host, always available and responsive. He offered us a boat ride and shared with us his rich knowledge of Brittany. The house is spacious, ideal for 6 adults, and has an amazing view to the sea. Thanks, Roland, for a lovely experience. We'll be happy to go back!

Ideal apartment with ample living space for family gatherings. It is also ideally located close to all shops on foot (bakery, butcher,several restaurants,...) We had a great time in an exceptional area.

A place and a hostess who is worth a visit! Since the beginning of our arrival, Josette has taken great care of us, which is rare and very nice after long hours of driving. The apartment is in a great location, everything can be done on foot and we already miss the charm and tranquility of Paimpol. The bedding is great, very well-equipped kitchen and space quite enough for two people, we also loved the small sunny courtyard that was available to us, in order to have lunch or have a good aperitif in the middle of plants and old stone. If we have to return to Paimpol one day we will call Josette again without a second thought.

Willy's accommodation allowed us, through its location, to discover the bay of St Brieuc by moving around during the day; and its calm to rest us on our return. Nicolas

Very friendly and pleasant host. Nice decor and bedroom on the same landing as the bathroom. Comfortable bedding and everything is available. Breakfast with homemade fruit salad, coffee, chocolate, brioche, breads and homemade jams. We recommend ++

With Isabelle, we go back to the sources of the Airbnb spirit: Isabelle welcomes us to her home, in person, here no lockbox, we have a small breakfast (very well on the other hand) in her kitchen, we dry her little hiker's laundry detergent on the sunny terrace, we chat, and we travel lighter when we leave in the morning. Great place, the room is spacious, beautiful and clean. The hosts are very friendly. The plus: the dinner which is a treat like in a super good restaurant for a super price, thank you chef. Véronique's accommodation is clean and tastefully furnished. She offers a room with two adult beds which is rare and appreciable. The independent entrance allows us to move around freely. Breakfasts are hearty. Véronique is welcoming, she knows the area well and gives us good tips on where to go.
