Ardrossan is not a normal to go to place and the town is a bit run down, we were there to visit relatives in the next town, but there is plenty to see near by. The flat is in a residential area and its neighbours live there permanently. They were very welcoming. We had justed arrived and the lady opposite invited my wife and I to joint her in the garden. The garden is a great suntrap from early afternoon to sunset. To be fair every local we spoke to were very friendly to us southerners. The flat was spotless and felt like a home from home. There is everything you need in the flat and it is highly recommended. The only downside for me personally was getting in and out of the bath to have a shower ( the shower was great ) as I have arthritis in my back and ankles but I managed and it wouldn't stop me booking the flat again next time we visit our relatives.

We had a great two nights at Robbie’s place. It was very clean, comfortable and quiet - and had everything we needed. Robbie was very friendly, helpful and responsive. It was very convenient for visits to Dundonald Castle, Culzean Castle and our ferry to Arran.

We had a fantastic stay at Liz’s guest suite. The room, kitchen and facilities were exactly as described- with a very comfy bed and a great shower. Whilst we only stayed one night, the kitchen had everything needed for a longer stay- really well equipped. Liz was an excellent host- very communicative and extremely helpful and friendly. We will hopefully be back to stay soon!

hi myself and a colleague stayed at arran view for four days , from our booking to departure the process was seamless. The accommodation is as described on the website although the apartment is on the seafront it is still very peaceful with all amenities within walking distance i would have no problem recommending this apartment for a work or pleasure stay .
