• Little Nook - A Peaceful Place To Stay •

Little Nook is the separate detached barn annexe adjacent to our home, Three Nooks. In the distant past it used to be a chicken shed. There are no neighbours save for a herd of cows and is a very peaceful, private place. Towards the rear is a hot tub, a small seating area and arbour with benches and a table. There are wonderful uninterrupted views across the fields from the balcony and a view down the driveway through the round window. Peace and quiet reign. SkySports, box sets and Netflix.

This cosy ground floor apartment is tucked away in it's own private courtyard, just a short walking distance to Preston city centre, all UCLan buildings, Moor Park and Preston North End football ground. It has just been lovingly restored by us to a very high standard. Everything is brand new, including the heating system which warms all rooms in minutes. This is a beautiful cottage within the heart of Lancashire farming community. Surrounded by rural views. With two private gardens at your disposal and private secure off road parking. If you want the sea, its not far at all, with large beaches at Blackpool and the lovely upgraded front at Cleveleys is only a short drive away.
