The apartment is amazing with its sea view. It's very comfortable by its room spaces, and the sunshine makes it very bright all day long. We stayed with family and friends and everyone had a wonderful weekend.

A cozy house where you immediately feel at home

We had a very great time in Zuydcoote. It's a fantastic area and Karine's house makes you feel welcome and comfortable from day one. We have never experienced such good beds in a home. The contact with Karine was very friendly and she was helpful at all times. The garden is fully fenced and protected from the wind. There is direct access from the garden to the dune landscape. Since our stay there has been an Aldi directly in the village, which of course is very practical. We have nothing to complain about and were very happy with everything.

Excellent short stay at Océane and Loïc's. Very nice and warm house, as described. A real favorite. Flexibility for schedules and perfect communication. We'll be back the next time we're in the area 🙂

The house is wonderful, it corresponds to the photos. It is necessary to understand that a house with history, the floor squeaks, the cabinets do not perfectly close somewhere, but these are all small things compared to its charm and coziness. The beds are very comfortable, the bedding is of good quality, the kitchen has an oven and microwave, as well as a washing machine and dishwasher. This is convenient if you are traveling for a long time The terrace is beautiful,there is silence and a wonderful view. The pool is a separate plus, you have to walk to it, but in good weather it's not a problem We will be happy to come again if this happens. Everything went well, the situation front of the sea is really mesmerizing, the quality of the furnitures is good . You’re 15-20min walk from the center or 2 stops with the tram (between 5 to 20min waiting time). Everything is perfectly explained and Sandra add some appreciated welcomings. Highly recommended. The pool at the groundfloor is a plus for your childs in case of ;)

Perfect place for 2 people. facing the sea. close to the pool, useful in rainy weather. we had a peaceful stay in an atypical accommodation.

We had a great time at the place which is almost on the beach. There's only one street across to be on the sand! From the windows, we have the view of the bay of sum. We were lucky enough to see a seal on the sand at low tide, It was about 150m from our place. The accommodation is about 10 or. 15 minutes walk from the full center by the sea of Le Crotoy. In early April, we were able to enjoy the pool and hot tub which are both sheltered from the wind. This is really lovely. Parc du Marquenterre is about 15 min away, Berk with the seal column 25 min by car, and Quend Plage for the sail float 20 min. The accommodation is really very well equipped and very pleasant. There is a very good restaurant within a 5-minute walk on the beach which allowed us to see a sunset over the Bay of Somme during our meal. I highly recommend this place.

The value for the money is great. All the amenities were present and in a very good condition. We had a great time with family and friends. The house was spotless (and as a housekeeper I know what I'm talking about🤭) Everything was ready when we arrived, the house is super well-equipped, we all felt very good there. The sea view is paradisiacal, full of activities to do nearby. Great communication with Olivier, who was always very responsive to messages. We hope to be able to go back already 🤭

We had a lovely stay at Kate’s place! A great location for a family get together near the beach. There are lovely cafes & deli’s within walking distance in Sandgate. And the location was also great for exploring Folkestone & the local area. A fab spacious home, we would stay again! Thanks Kate as well for helping with the heating & being really responsive with messages, it really made a difference :)

Small but functional and perfectly located. Aurélie welcomed us in person which is very nice. At your disposal is a complete binder of recommendations, addresses, places to visit, restaurants, useful numbers... The terrace/garden is sunny and pleasant, the view from the master bedroom is unobstructed and you can even see the sea! The dining area in the kitchen is a little cramped for 3 adults but the kitchen is well equipped as well as the rest of the accommodation. A great place for a short stay in the heart of Mers-les-Bains.

Very nice place, very clean, and very well decorated, located in a very quiet place. We had a lovely stay there. The garden made our two small dogs happy and the gated parking is a real plus for the safety of our vehicle. Dieppe, Le Tréport and Mers les bains are typical places to visit absolutely. A change of scenery guaranteed. This stay will definitely not be the last.

The perfect location, walkable to town and to Dover Castle. Most places were closed due to Easter and the following day which was also a holiday so that was challenging. There were 6 of us staying, more ideal for 4 people. The noise from the road below didn’t bother us at all. I would recommend using a “noise machine” if staying in the primary bedroom, but the bed was really comfortable and we got great sleep. Ideal place to walk to all the restaurants once they did open. Rain was very accommodating and responded very quickly to any questions I had.
