If you need an affordable place to sleep during your visit to Arras, look no further. Frederic's place is dead in the centre, but not on one of the squares that you could possibly lie awake due to excessive noise. It's small, but furnished in a way you can pull the bed down to sleep or fold it back up again to cook, chill out in the sofa or read a book. The price is very reasonable. Everything was clean, good shower. Frederic's instructions were clear and he was quick to respond. Don't hesitate to book this place.

Thank you dear Vanessa for your incredibly beautiful cottage. It is perfectly equipped with everything you need - and that makes it so easy and comfortable to spend the holidays there. The kitchen is so well equipped that you can take care of yourself there as at home. We all slept as well as in no vacation home. A broken light bulb was replaced within 5 minutes. Upon our arrival, small gifts were waiting for us, which we were very much looking forward to. The house is nice big, cozy and beautiful. The area is very quiet, which we liked very much - and centrally located, so you can quickly drive to other towns by car. We also didn't have to buy beach toys, which was also available. On the day of departure, we were allowed to stay a little longer, which helped us a lot. We will be happy to come back, it was the best stay we ever had. Thank you very much dear Vanessa.

Good communication, easy access, spacious and very comfortable accommodation, very clean, perfect bedding. Very nice exterior. House enjoying a lot of clarity in all the rooms. Location close to merchants. Very good address in a pleasant village.

What a fantastic experience! Our stay at this Airbnb was really great. The cottage was very clean, taken care of to the last detail – you immediately felt that they work here with love. The location is wonderfully quiet, ideal for completely relaxing after a day out. Nevertheless, everything you want to see or do is close by: sights, cozy restaurants are all easily accessible. The friendly operator also deserves a special mention – super hospitable you immediately feel welcome. In short, highly recommended.

The seafront house was very well equipped, with enough crockery etc for our extended family group. The views of the beach from the main living room were superb. We were able to watch the tide going in and out and the sun setting. The house has a friendly, family feel which we really liked. The beds were very comfortable and there were plenty of bathrooms. My only small criticism would be the need for more proper-sized pillows. And getting rid of the rubbish was difficult, as the dechetterie is the other end of the village and not easy to find.

Very available, responsive and thoughtful owners. Very well-equipped house and perfect for having a great time. It's all there. I'd recommend it without a second thought. The 5/5 rating is totally deserved. Thanks for the great time.

The house was really lovely, plenty of space and felt very comfortable. Cindy is a great host who was so helpful with everything and made us feel right at home, would definitely recommend staying in this gorgeous house , it has everything you need and was immaculate. We had a great week in Ines apartment. The apartment is very lovingly decorated, bright, big enough for 5 people and in a great location. We loved enjoying the afternoon sun on the balcony. We also loved the parking space and the tranquility. Thank you

We spent 3 days with our daughter with our daughter. We have nothing to complain about the accommodation. Perfect location. Everything is within walking distance while remaining peaceful. It's nice to have an aperitif on the balcony with the sea view. Parking space is a big plus. If we hadn't had it, we should have parked very far this busy weekend. We'll be back for sure.

We spent two nights during the 2025 flying deer. The apartment is clean and has everything you need. It matches the photos. The price is reasonable given the other prices during this period. I recommend this place. 👍 Just a small downside on the 'cuckoo' in the living room that 'cuckoo' is very early in the morning and wakes up every hour if you have light sleep in the living room.

We had a lovely stay in Delphine's apartment in Nieuwpoort. Beautiful apartment, quiet and yet centrally located, well equipped, smooth and nice communication with Delphine.

Nice apartment in a nice part of town. The flat has a nice view, away from the beach. It’s on the top Floor but there is a lift, so it’s ideal for families. If you do have a young family it is a little bit of a walk to the beach but doable. Dominique is very responsive and proactive, thank you.
