Monthly Rentals in Craichie

We loved our stay at Simon’s cottage! The place was peaceful and tranquil, and we enjoyed cooking our own dinners and sitting by the fire. It’s an excellent location for visiting various sights in Angus as well as for getting to the coast. Simon was always quick to respond to our messages and even shared his hens’ fresh eggs with us, what a lovely touch! We would definitely stay there again!

Lovely cottage in a lovely area. Nice walks especially down to the lighthouse. Plenty of dog friendly cafes in the nearby town.

This is my second visit to the Farmer’s Cottage, and once again, I was blown away by the peace and tranquility. There have been some improvements to the site since my last visit, including a few new additions such as the boat and the camping pod. John and his team are always on hand to ensure your stay is as pleasant as possible, and it was lovely to watch and chat with the young girls tending their horses. I will definitely return for more country walks, beautiful sunsets, and an uninterrupted night’s sleep. I would highly recommend it.

This place is an absolute home from home, from the moment we walked in we felt comfortable and everything we needed was there. It is such a peaceful location being nicely off the road, we loved every second. I couldn’t recommend it highly enough. Thank you for a great visit!
