Bright brand new house, with garden with games, special for family with children. In a quiet neighborhood, 2 blocks from the Rambla ,in the Diving, near W.Trade Center and Montevideo Shopping. Very good locomotion for all sides. The airport bus is 2 blocks away. In addition to shopping, there are other supermarkets nearby, pharmacy, museums, nice places to eat and the Rambla, beautiful for walks and with its beaches. Place to enjoy and be able to study or work at the desk.

Tasteful, spacious and secure for families.

Our relaxing upper level home hosts families or friends only four blocks from the Rambla & beach. A light-filled kitchen with dining area for eight facilitates teamwork! The house is secure, with alarm and blinds to black out the bedrooms for sleeping late. Our local grocery, pharmacy, café, hair salons and restaurants are only two blocks. The Portones Mall and shopping/eating on Arocena are both beautiful 15-20 minute walks through the neighborhood streets of Carrasco.

Lake house is charming and comfortable. Ideal for enjoying nature being very close to everything. 5 minutes from the airport,in front of shopping with all amenities,1km from the beach. The house has 3 full rooms,living room,dining room, 2 full bathrooms, kitchen,garden and backyard with independent exit to a beautiful lake ideal for taking baths, parking for 2 cars.
