Small flat in a great location with easy walking distance to everything St Andrews has to offer. It was easy to find and get inside. Perfect for what we needed.

From the initial booking to leaving, Margarita was always quick to respond, within minutes. The apartment is beautifully appointed and had everything we needed. It is ideally located for access to the town centre and beach and the private parking spot is a real plus. Will definitely be booking again when we come back up to Arbroath. 11 out of 10!

Perfect flat to stay in St Andrews, great location 10 minutes walk from town, with lots of shops/restaurants, 20 minute walk to golf courses and beaches. Free easy parking. Comfy beds, great shower, and comfy sofa, with table in kitchen and living room. Easy access too. Martin and Nicole were great hosts, with clear instructions and helpful advice. Would recommend.

This apartment was everything everyone else has said about it. To arrive and see the view from the lounge was draw-dropping. The welcome package was very much appreciated, the best so far. The bus stop right outside was perfect and made trips into the city so easy. The village has some wonderful pubs which we enjoyed. The 2 flights of stairs were a bit of a challenge to get our suitcases up, and once up there the apartment is single level. David was really responsive and sorted out a heating issue immediately. The shower is walk-in, which is easier than being over a bath. My sister and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay here.

Such a fabulous place. The view is gorgeous and the whole flat is comfortable and really well equipped. We had a wonderful time and hope to stay again in the future. Thank you Douglas.

A delightful find in a gorgeous part of the East Neuk. This little place is perfect for a week’s stay. It has everything we needed and was cosy with good hot water and facilities. Very comfortable stay. Love the window seat round the circular table.

We stayed in Caroline Anne’s lovely property over the Easter weekend with our two cocker spaniels. We had no trouble accessing the property (I knew where it was as I have stayed there previously with friends for a wedding) based on Caroline Anne’s instructions. We were met with a spotless property and a lovely welcome package which included items such as a fresh loaf, shortbread, milk and even prosecco! The house is tastefully decorated: enough touches of decor to give the homely feel but still able to see how clean it is. This appeals to me greatly as I’m quite fussy with booking rentals. The girls loved exploring their holiday property and especially loved the secure back garden. The treats and supplies left for them was a really nice touch and appreciated. It was the perfect place to stay for us to explore Fife. My bf is a golfer so he plans a return stay. There’s a small beach 5 minute walk and so the dogs plan a return too. Julie was very friendly and helpful during our stay. We found the accommodation to be exactly what we needed and had everything that we needed in situ. The views just a short walk from the house were breathtaking and a lovely area to walk your dogs. We will definitely be back again next year! Thanks Julie for the lovely break!

As a Fifer, it’s always nice to come back and stay. Craigs place was easy to find, spacious and spotlessly clean, and Burntisland is a lovely town. I would certainly stay at Craigs again.

This is a beautiful apartment in a perfect location. It was spotlessly clean in all areas, lovely quality of bedding and super comfortable beds. The kitchen has all utensils, cutlery and cookware provided. You will not be disappointed with this property.

Fantastic stay here in a property that is a credit to the owners. Spotless clean, comfortable and peaceful with a quiet night’s sleep. We dropped on at a time of sunny warm weather so Broughty Ferry and the beach were very busy so parking was understandably at a premium. We parked a few streets away but were able to move the car to near the house in the evening. Would definitely book again next time we’re up visiting family.

Fantastic dwelling, great location and excellent hosts. We will definitely look to return to Edinburgh in the future and seek this residence as well as highly recommending it to our friends and family. Our hosts Mark and Dayna were wonderful especially with their wonderful gesture of allowing us to stay an extra night, free of charge, due to The Hogmanay Festival being cancelled. Thank you again. Nevertheless a wonderful visit to Edinburgh underpinned by an excellent apartment and generous hosts.

Peter’s flat was absolutely perfect for our stay! It was such a good location, so close to everything, but tucked on a side street so it somehow managed to be quiet and peaceful. The flat was comfortable and well equipped for our stay. Everything was as described. Check in and check out was easy and we were given very clear instructions for both. Would absolutely recommend staying here if you’re in the area!

Apartment was clean and as described. Perfect location for golf, the beach and local walks.

Megan was a great host, very responsive and helpful. The place was great as a stayover for me and my grandad. Exactly as described and looked great. Parking and stairs access was a little tricky as my grandad isn't so steady on his feet but we managed. It was situated very close by to Broughty Ferry and Monifieth giving us easy access to shops, resturants and visiting my family. All in all a very nice place to stay.

Fantastic place, exactly as described just steps from the 18th green at the Old course. A little tight if more than two people but that is clear from the photos - no surprises!
