Cockermouth & Keswick are a short drive away along with the seaside towns of Maryport & Whitehaven & the beaches at Allonby & St Bees. Easy access to the Lakes & the Western Wainwright Fells.

With easy transport links to the Lakes, the coast and beyond.

Parking for three cars , EV charger , bike storage , gardens and a BBQ this is a great base to enjoy the magic of our Lakeland valley.

This is the most peaceful and picturesque area of the Lake District. The location is perfect for walking , cycling, running, open water swimming etc... or for those who like to take things a little easier it is perfect for day trips into the lakes and toward the lesser know scenic west coast .

Ideal for couples, walkers, cyclists, or families as a base for exploring the stunning Western Lake District. Loweswater, Crummock, Buttermere, Keswick and the Coast are all within half an hour. It's been stylishly refurbished with a large dining kitchen, cosy living room with comfy leather sofas and fireplace and a dedicated office area for those who need to do some work whilst away!

The cottage resides within our farm, Terrace Farm with open countryside and panoramic views of the Lakeland Fells and numerous Wainwrights including Melbreak, Whiteside, Low Fell, Hopegillhead to name but a few.
