Es handelt sich hier um ein gemütliches älteres Haus komplett ausgestattet mit allem was man so braucht, auch wenn die Einrichtung jetzt nicht mehr so modern ist fühlen sich unsere Gäste immer sehr wohl darin. Das Haus ist ca. 800 Meter direkt vom Bodensee entfernt. Und hat ein Wohnfläche von über 150qm. Wir erlauben 1 Haustier. In der Nähe befindet sich ein Bahnhof ca. 700 Meter, eine Bushaltestelle nur einige Meter, ein Bäcker ca. 200 Meter und ein kleiner Gemüsestand ca. 400 Meter.

Enjoy relaxing days on the Höri peninsula in a pleasant atmosphere. The small house is located on a quiet street, approx. 300 meters from Lake Constance & the beach. The sunny garden is completely fenced & is therefore also suitable for families with small children. Many beautiful excursion destinations such as Stein am Rhein (CH) & Hohenklingen Castle, Werd Island, the Rhine Falls Schaffhausen or the Allensbach Wildlife and Leisure Park (CH) are nearby. Your holiday home is located on the picturesque Höri peninsula on Lake Constance and offers you 245 m2 of living space & 6 balconies with lake views, comfortable space for 2 to 15 people. Your house is in the last row of houses in front of the lake. You can walk to Lake Constance in a few minutes. The house offers you coziness, a stunning location, garden with seating area and a comfortable space. All 5 bedrooms have private balconies, four of which have beautiful lake views.

Farmhouse room with lovely charm

In our restored farmhouse we rent a cozy, wheelchair-accessible attic apartment with elevator, spread over 2 floors. The upper bedroom can be reached via a wooden staircase (not wheelchair accessible). My accommodation is in the middle of the village in the countryside, but very close to the nearest cities of Frauenfeld and Winterthur. The bus stop is 100m from the Airbnb. It's ideal for couples, adventurers traveling alone, business trips and families (with children).

Relax with the whole family or friends in our beautiful country house with large garden while we are traveling. The lake is in the immediate vicinity, its natural shore is a 2-minute walk away and invites you to swim. The romantic medieval town of Stein am Rhein can be reached on foot via an idyllic path along the lake. In the winter months, underfloor heating provides cosy warmth and atmosphere.

Our house is idyllically located directly on the lake with a fantastic view of Switzerland on the Säntis and the Zeppelin city of "Friedrichshafen." For 8 years we have been successful and happy hosts, were allowed to welcome a lot of great people to us, who would also like to book our whole house. That's why we decided to make our whole house available to nice guests from Easter 22.
