Sleeps 10. Bright & gorgeous! 3 minute walk to the beach. The bar area under the house makes entertaining a pleasure. After a day at the beach use the enclosed shower below the house to wash sand from children & pets. Enjoy the shaded area under the house while your children/pets play in the enclosed yard. This is a beach house on 12ft piers. It is 525 square feet and has a 14x28 ft deck. We have six lounge chairs available, plus barbecue pit downstairs in utility room. I have three extra changes of sheets and 72 towels available for use. Electric stove, microwave, two refrigerators, and table with six chairs. Shower and toilet only, no tub. Undercover parking. We are pet friendly (well behaved fur babies only please), but we do not have a fenced in yard. Our home is fully equipped, with the exception of a washer/dryer. We do have a clothesline downstairs.
