Emma is a great host…had a beautiful warm fire going in the wood stove waiting for us when we arrived after an overnight stay on Inishmore. Her home was a great base for us for several days as we visited the Rock, downtown Cashel, up to Thurles, and down to Cobh. My wife and I had all the comforts of home while staying at Emma’s. Highly recommend!

Selina met us at the door and was so hospitable! She is lovely and her cottage is wonderful. Super clean comfortable and an amazing country setting. So peaceful. Wish we had booked a longer stay. If we ever come back to Ireland we will book with Selina! Don’t hesitate on this one. It’s definitely the place to stay. And thank you for the recommendations of things to do!

We would highly recommend this rental. From the moment we arrived we were welcomed in person very warmly. The kitchen table was set with fresh flowers and a delicious welcome basket of various local goodies. It is evident that the hosts have given careful thought to making guests feel very comfortable, for example, the kitchen is fully stocked with everything you would need and there are beautiful blankets and throws laid out on sofas to make you feel snug and at home. The wood burner was set with wood and there are lovely antiques in each room. The kitchen are is bright and spacious and has a fabulous view of the Rock of Cashel. We took a run one morning from the house up to the Rock of Cashel (and back) and it was footpath all the way and very enjoyable. We had young children in our party so we were grateful for the large grass area outside for the children to play on. This is a lovely rental property which we would highly recommend.
