Monthly Rentals in Grantsburg

GORGEOUS home to stay in! My group had an amazing stay here and hope to go back in the summer. House is fully stocked with typical house necessities, felt very at home, even the welcome book is adorable and very well put together (they even left marigold seeds from their garden to plant on your own!)

This is the third time we've stayed at one of Doug's properties, and as usual, it does not disappoint. We love coming to a peaceful, comfortable, and well-stocked (but not cluttered!) space that welcomes you from the moment you walk in. We enjoyed fresh eggs in the morning, walks to the river, and the great hikes just a short drive away. We spent hours listening to music on the sound system and cooking good food in a surprisingly well-stocked kitchen. Doug is an extremely thoughtful host, and we appreciated his quick responsiveness and flexibility with our check-in and check-out times. Though this was not a deterrent to our stay, one thing I thought worth mentioning for other travelers with dogs: springtime is definitely tick season in the river valley!

The apartment is tastefully furnished and with a lot of love for detail. All the important things are there. Everything is perfectly clean and tidy. Sarah and Jason were always available and supported us great. We will be happy to come back!
