Walks for all abilities from our doorstep. Two medium sized dogs are welcome. Local pubs are dog friendly and we have lots of places to eat locally. Amazing views, a wood burning stove, a very comfy four poster king sized bed, easy to use sofa bed and a fantastic shower have all been in 5* feedback left by many satisfied guests.

Located in a quiet cul du sac in the historic market town of Kendal with convenient access to the M6, Lake District & Yorkshire dales. The cosy cabin suitable for a maximum of 2 adults and 2 children is a 20min walk to town centre along the scenic River Kent or a 4 minute walk to the fantastic Romney’s pub with its fabulous food & fine ales. Berry Bottoms Cabin is a hidden gem nestling into a sloping hillside overlooking a wildlife pond This self-contained cabin, easily sleeps 2 but can accommodate up to 4 with a sofa bed. This is all about outside living with a semi-outdoor kitchen area and ample outdoor seating areas for BBQs or just relaxing and listening to the birds. It is approached on foot down a sloping track ( it may not be suitable for anyone with mobility issues). Peace and Tranquility, yet close to local amenities!
