We had a good time with the dog in a very nice facility.Even though the BBQ was offered on the day, we were able to make fire and clean up. Thank you for being flexible with the check-in time. Would love to come back again!

We really enjoyed our stay. The Cats were very welcoming and adorable, we enjoyed sharing the space with them. The Breakfast every morning was really good and healthy! The Hosts were very nice and helpful with everything we needed.

A lovely if very unusual apartment. Quite large as has been noted. It’s very quiet there but only a few blocks to Hatagaya station. Meiko is a warm and gracious hostess. A couple of blocks east on the little restaurant street is Mon Sushi. Really lovely spot. A couple doors north on the same side of the street is an izakaya restaurant that is really great also. No English. A handwritten menu that changes everyday, use google translate if you need to. Both were just wonderful. Pretty easy walk to Shimokitazawa for great thrift store shopping. Great neighborhood.

Midori san is a fantastic host! We stayed at her place during our drive through Nagano, heading back to Kanagawa. Midori san was very welcoming the moment we pulled into the parking. Our daughter really enjoyed their company and had fun conversing in Japanese. We were even helped with where to purchase firewood and how to light the fire stove. We stayed warm through the night and were very comfortable the entire time. This place is beautiful, quiet, clean, and cozy. We will surely visit again in the future!

It was perfect, and Koh was very helpful. I also recommend visiting their bakery and trying the best cinnamon buns I've ever eaten. (Try warming them up a bit in the oven before eating to enjoy them hot.)

This was a peaceful stay in a beautiful traditional home with tasteful Japanese furnishings. The proximity to the shrine made it even more special. The host was friendly and welcoming and even did our laundry for us. We all had a relaxing soak in a traditional Japanese bathroom. Wonderful and memorable!

I was only able to check in late, so I was able to discuss it in advance, but I was grateful for your willingness to accept and wait. There were probably paintings, sculptures, and handmade furniture in the room, which made me feel like I was able to stay at a relative's house. This time, at the passing point, I really left for my next destination as soon as I stayed, so I would like to use it again when I slowly go around Miyajima and other places. It was good that the convenience store was also close to us when we arrived late. Thank you very much.

Tabuse is a country town with an unmanned train station, an enjoyable daily walking route, and the friendliest hosts you’ll ever meet. Mark and Mae are absolutely phenomenal hosts who truly care about and want to know their guests. They met me at the train station upon my arrival to show me where the shops were and how to get in the house so I wouldn’t get lost. They always went out of their way to make sure I was comfortable and well taken care of and eating healthy food. Mark and Mae have such nice conversations and are always proactive in everything. They shared their friends with me who also made my month long stay a treasure. I feel like I gained new respected friends in my life. And look forward to returning again. Thank you for having me!

Location is excellent for reaching hanazono ski resort. House is very well equipped and clearly labelled, extremely clean and well thought out. Host Tomoko san was truly brilliant with local recommendations and advice for driving and navigating the winter roads. We felt welcomed, well looked after and very happy. I travelled with my 2 young children and they loved exploring the property, playing with Tomoko san’s lovely sweet dogs.

Exceptional location with stylish interior and exterior overlooking majestic mountains and waterfall. Perfect place to have fun with your family and friends on holidays.

The host is kind and friendly, the place I admire the most is the kitchen, all the appliances I think of, such as rice cooker, microwave, multi oven, dishwasher, oven, etc., there are also washing machines and dryers that must have a summer trip, the design is very practical, the environment is comfortable, absolutely feel at home, a must stay in a homestay, it is suitable for family and child travel, the experience is great!

Taka was wonderfully responsive and flexible during a hectic family travel day. He carefully instructed us during our arrival, despite our plans changing on the fly. The space was perfect for what we're looking for, which was a shared family space that had some fun things for both kids and adults. It was a pleasant and peaceful way to get ready for the new year. Highly recommend for families with children of any age.

Cloud 9 was a perfect Ski house for our group of eight. Plenty of room and well stocked amenities. An easy 5 min walk over Rusutsu resort for lift access and an amazing onsen. Young has to be one of the top hosts I’ve ever worked with. He is very responsive and provides information and access to local restaurants and activities. He offered to pick us up and drop us off at the airport, but we already had shuttle arrangements. Will definitely use him next time we stay at Cloud9.

The road in front of the building is narrow and a little difficult to get to, but the building itself has very good floor heating and air conditioning, and we had a pleasant time even in February.The sauna and bathtub on the veranda were the best, and I was able to refresh myself and mentally.There was not only a hair dryer, but also a hair iron, and my luggage was reduced.We were able to drink drip coffee from the coffee beans, and we had a pleasant stay in the morning.

It was very beautiful and I enjoyed the sauna and bbq very much.

We stayed with 6 of us, and we had a clean and fully enjoyed ourselves. I'd love to stay again if I get the chance.

Simplistic style with all the essentials. Love the balcony in the morning where you get to see the sun. Tucked inside the alley. Minutes (by walk) from bikan. Great location. Very helpful gentlemen at the travel agency to assist. Else may not be able for us to find the place.
