Fantastic place

The location is far from the station, it may be a little hard to walk with it, there are convenience stores and supermarkets nearby, and there is a delicious Izakaya, the space for four people in the accommodation is just enough, there is plenty of hot water to take a bath, but the walls are slightly poorly sound insulated, it will be affected by the noise from the next door, everything else is nice.

Tomomasa’s place was perfect for our few days in Tokyo. Koenji station is so close and you can get there in a just a few minutes! The area is beautiful, peaceful and quiet. There are a lot of restaurants and thrift shops in Koenji too! Would definitely stay again. :)

Great location to stay, walkable distance from train station and also have a shopping centre called lalaport nearby! For the room, its very clean and neat and had a very comfortable stay, thank you!

Cozy, central, and convenient. The loft gets a little stuffy but the host provides a fan that is more than capable of circulating air nicely. Amenities work like a charm. Kitchen is a little small but with all of the great food options in the neighborhood it should not be a problem. Check in and checkout were smooth and it was a great stay. Thank you!!

The accommodation was very tidy and the communication with the host was prompt and smooth.

It was a high price and inbound era, and the access to Hakata, cheap, and cleanliness were all great. There are also delicious ramen shops and snacks at Ijiri Station, and there are many places to heal your body tired from the hustle and bustle of Hakata!

The host, Motoko, was very friendly and responded immediately.And the room was beautiful, there were a lot of amenities, and there was no trouble.It is also close to a large station and conveniently located.

It was very clean, easy to stay and comfortable. The loft ladder was slippery and a little scary, but it was a hotel I want to use again.

I have always loved this neighborhood as I lived there years ago - so am grateful Reina offers such a cozy place in this area. Communication with her was quick, easy and super accommodating when I needed to extend my stay. The unit itself is really spacious (for Tokyo esp) and clean - thank you for a perfect place to stay in Shibuya :)

Great place to stay, very friendly and accommodating host.

I stayed at this airbnb for 6weeks, of which one week with my sister. I really love this airbnb, especially for longer stays. It is in a calm and nice area and is very peaceful. However, with a 10minute walk you are at the Hatsudai metro station to get everywhere. There are also busses you can take, even closer, to the apartment that will take you to Shinjuku or Shibuya. For short stays, you'll probably won't focus too much on the local area, but for longer stays you will discover that Hatsudai itself also has a lot to offer. The apartment's size is okay, especially by Tokyo standards, expect everything to be "Tokio-Sized". That being said, I am about 6ft6 and it was plenty comfortable for me. Being there with my sister was still plenty comfortable with some organization. Being there with more than 2 people, I am sure is doable, but will get more cramped. The host was also very communicative and helpful. I recommend this Airbnb!

This was my second time staying there. ⚫The location is good (the center of the city), so it is very convenient because the terminal for food, shopping, buses, and ferries are within a 5-minute walk. ⚫The host is a drinker, and the recommended lunch tina shop was very delicious. ⚫The only weakness is that there is no escalator on the 5th floor.The stairs ascending are a little difficult, but if I thought it was an exercise (after eating), I was able to clear it even with an uncle in my 50s.If you are young, there is no problem at all.You can also see the view from the stairs.

I stayed really comfortably for a month. Like this room, it was rare to see a room with a spacious and well-equipped desk work environment. It was located in a residential area, so I was satisfied with the quiet environment at any time of the day and night! It was also nice that there were many large grocery stores nearby. From the first day to the last day of departure, Ted took care of my convenience and took care of me.

Great location for both Narita airport and Chiba. The place was very well suited for my 2 month stay. I would also recommend Kitchen Monma and Saffron Indian restaurant for their delicious food and very friendly staff!

My stay was phenomenal, well worth the money! My hosts helped me find a spot to go diving, which was amazing because most of the trips I had booked had to cancel because of weather! Great location, less than five minutes from the walkable mall! So much to do, I had a great time, but when I needed my space it was there, ready, and very clean! Thank you!

This time, it's not diving, but land-based! Take a day trip to Yonaguni Island. I had a fun time drinking in the downtown area of Ishigaki Island at night! The location was very convenient for everything, and on New Year's Day, I was able to walk to the place called Momorin-ji Temple, and I had a very pleasant land life (walk). I was impressed by the large passenger boat called Adra Magic City, which was anchored on Ishigaki Island, from the veranda of the inn. We enjoyed Ishigaki Island in a comfortable and convenient space as usual.
