I wish you have somebody that speaks Japanese to help with stuff that requires Japanese speaking assistance. Other than that, everything was great! Highly recommended

Beautiful and peaceful place to stay in Kyoto! Could not have asked for a better experience during my first visit to the city! The check in was smooth and the hosts were very responsive. Everything was exactly as described. Close enough to Kyoto station to walk. Would love to stay here again during my next visit! :)

The Appas team were very helpful during our stay. Place was immaculate and as described in the listing. Definitely made a memorable experience for my family, especially my kids who loved to play in the now in the yard.

This hotel is located a little ways from the hustle and bustle of Atami. I want to stay there again.

It's a nice place to stay that's tidy and very spacious for the price!

We stayed in three families. The weather was unfortunate, but the room was spacious and the children were very happy! The futon was thin and my body was painful when I slept + it was very cold, so I would appreciate it if you could provide a slightly thicker futon and a comforter. The fish shop you told me about was very delicious and everyone was impressed.♪ I would like to repeat it again!

The host was very welcoming and also sent us BBQ and cattle ingredients, especially a surprise!The hot spring is also very comfortable, you can bubble anytime, just to eliminate the fatigue caused by traveling all day, the house is clean and tidy, super spacious, and the host also introduces a lot of delicious food shops and a 24-hour supermarket nearby, life is also very convenient, and I will come again next time!It's worth mentioning that the check out time is also very flexible!At 3pm or 4pm, you can fully sleep a lazy teacher to get up, soak in a hot spring and pack your things slowly, before checking out, the time is very plentiful!

It was made in a calm Japanese style, the equipment was easy to use, and I had a very pleasant time.You can also walk to Lake Biwa.They also responded quickly and kindly to inquiries. There are no supermarkets nearby, and the restaurant was closed in the winter.I encourage you to shop beforehand. I want to stay again when it's warm.

I stayed with a friend of 4, a family of 18 from a child's nursery school. Nursery children ~ 10 children up to the 6th grade of elementary school and 8 adults. It was the best!!! There are 4 toilets and 2 baths. We used the bath about 5 minutes away by car.There is a supermarket about 15 minutes away by car. The host was very kind and polite, and I had great memories.The interior is stylish and beautiful. I let my dog and cat play properly before checking out.The kids are delighted! I'm glad I decided to stay here. I definitely want to use it again.

I stayed with more than 20 people on my friend's birthday. I can't complain about the facilities and cleaning conditions!There were few photos that were listed lightly at the beginning, and there were some concerns, but all the facilities exceeded expectations. The host responded quickly and responded flexibly to this convenience. There was only one thing that was not too far from the neighbors, and even before 22 o'clock (around 20 o'clock at my own time) I was called by the police when I was at the barbecue outside. However, I thought it would be good to move to the karaoke room inside when the night comes up.

It was a pleasant stay in a beautiful home. Clean, Neat well organized house. All amenities are up to the best quality. Beautiful surroundings and courtyard.

It was much better than I expected! It felt like a Japanese house, but it was really clean. The location is also close to Kokusai Street, so it's easy to walk and close to Mikashi Station! There are 3 rooms, a living room on the 1st and 2nd floors, and it is recommended for groups!

I used it for my graduation trip and it was great.It was easy to relax for 3 nights and 4 days and have good access to the city as long as there is a rental car.There was also plenty of agency services, so I was relieved.
