Good value for money, convenient location, recommended

Although it is far from the center of Hakata, it is a satisfactory accommodation for 4 families!

There is also a parking space close to the station, making it very convenient. The interior was very clean, and there was enough space for 4 people in the bed and loft.

The place was tidy and it was a great place for a family of four to stay. There were many good restaurants nearby, and I was satisfied.

A comfy place to stay in a quiet neighbourhood. It’s bigger than it looks in the photographs. Koenji is a great place to stay. Tomomasa was always there if needed and went out of their way to help. I’d stay here again. Highly recommended.

Great location to stay, walkable distance from train station and also have a shopping centre called lalaport nearby! For the room, its very clean and neat and had a very comfortable stay, thank you!

Very nice comfortable private room. The shared bathroom was very clean and right next to the room. The place is located super close to the train station and the entrance of the trail to the castle ruins. Kitamura was very attentive and gave me a great recommendation for food taking into account my diet restrictions. Loved this place😊

Great stay for small group! Room was just as advertised. Space was clean and well organized. Neighborhood is quiet, clam, and safe. Overall great stay. However if you are a bigger group or bigger person or carrying a lot of luggage you may struggle with the space provided. That would be my only thing to be mindful of if booking this place. Great stay overall and would recommend to anyone!

This was my second time staying there. ⚫The location is good (the center of the city), so it is very convenient because the terminal for food, shopping, buses, and ferries are within a 5-minute walk. ⚫The host is a drinker, and the recommended lunch tina shop was very delicious. ⚫The only weakness is that there is no escalator on the 5th floor.The stairs ascending are a little difficult, but if I thought it was an exercise (after eating), I was able to clear it even with an uncle in my 50s.If you are young, there is no problem at all.You can also see the view from the stairs.

A great shared option for independent travellers on a budget. The apartment is centrally and conveniently located, yet quiet. The space is compact but has all the amenities for a short or medium term stay. Communication via the app was good.

It is a very easy location because there are many restaurants nearby, as it is close to the remote island terminal. This was my second time staying, but I want to stay when I go to Ishigaki again.

Had a wonderful stay. Ai-chan, Audrey and all the volunteers were pleasant, friendly and inclusive in their activities, be it playing Wii, yoga or a day trip to Uji. Thank you for all for your smiles, laughter and conversations.
