Monthly Rentals in Kilmactranny

Myself and the two boys wanted an adventure somewhere away from the hustle of Dublin. This was the perfect place, so peaceful and tranquil. The cottage has so much character and so cosy and clean. The boys loved all the old fashioned decor and ornaments as did I. We loved the garden and jetty was so beautiful. We were only 20 mins from Carraick on Shannon. Lough Key adventure Forrest was great for us with lots to do as a family. We didn’t have enough time do to everything. We will definitely be back. The host were unbelievably helpful with everything. Really quick to respond and went above and beyond to try help get us fishing. 😀 Highly recommend with older kids and just a place to escape. You can have action or chilled time.

We had a truly wonderful time in this cozy cabin! Everything was perfect — peaceful, comfortable, and beautifully surrounded by nature. Thank you for such a lovely stay. We’ll always remember this special place!

A great little cottage right in the heart of Leitrim village. Parking right outside the door. Wonderful, thoughtful hosts who kindly had the fire on (and left a shed full of firewood and turf for me to top it up with) when I arrived very very late and even waited up to greet me! Great little cottage and excellent value for money!

The cabin was exactly as described. We enjoyed dinner at the Picnic Basket and at the local pub in Ballymote. Quiet cabin, quiet location. Comfortable beds, pleny warm.
