Our modern apartment has a terrace with a spectacular view over lake Wörthersee and the Karawanken Mountains, close to the Velden train station & A2 Süd Autobahn. The building is situated next to the forest, where you can make wonderful hikes. There are three lakes in the nearest surroundings where you can do all kinds of watersports. Velden am Wörhtersee has a lot to offer: shops, restaurants, terraces and a casino. Italy and Slovenia reachable in 30 minutes by car. You will never get bored.

Bright 2-room apartment (air conditioning defective) with shutters outside in the double-glazed loggia. There all doors can be opened with a handle and you can enjoy the stars and the panoramic view in warm summer nights with romantic light. ;) Public transport - as on request before arrival also a numbered car parking space with barrier - is within 1 - 2 minutes' walk. Breakfast is a 5-minute walk (400m) away, for example, at the Phoenix Book Café at Alter Platz 24

Die Bushaltestelle, Lebensmittelgeschäfte, Arzt, Apotheke, Friseur, Fitnessstudio, Kaffeehaus...sind 3 bis 5 Gehminuten entfernt. Ins Zentrum und zum Krankenhaus fährt man 10 Minuten. Die Wohnung ist gut ausgestattet und eignet sich sehr für längere Aufenthalte. Der gratis Parkplatz ist vor dem Haus.

The amenities include a kitchen, bedroom, shower, toilet, terrace and a beautiful garden. The Wörthersee-Rosental tourism region offers numerous cultural and sporting excursion opportunities: In the surrounding area are: Klagenfurt, Villach, Velden am Wörthersee, the Drau Cycle Path. Slovenia (Bled) or Italy (Tarvis) are also worth a trip.

Whether alone, as a couple or as a family, this cozy, fully furnished apartment has everything you need for a memorable stay. It can be found on the 1st floor of our house and can be accessed separately via the staircase. It is in the best location, just a few steps from the lake, university and stadium. Downtown can be reached in 10 minutes by bus. Supermarkets, drugstore, pharmacy, bakeries and restaurants are in the immediate vicinity.
