But it's also close to Lake Wörthersee. By bike it takes between 15 and 20 minutes depending on the speed of travel. The railway station as well as the bus station are also only a 15-minute walk away. Parking is located right around the corner, or there are public parking spaces in front of the door.

It can be found on the 1st floor of our house and can be accessed separately via the staircase. It is in the best location, just a few steps from the lake, university and stadium. Downtown can be reached in 10 minutes by bus. Supermarkets, drugstore, pharmacy, bakeries and restaurants are in the immediate vicinity.
