Right in the middle of the city. Catherine will welcome you to our charming cozy apartment on the ground floor. It is fully equipped with its cozy bedroom and pretty terrace. Located close to shops (bakery, butcher, fishmonger, restaurants...) its church, the market, a 5-minute walk from our beautiful beach and a 10-minute drive from Nausicca. Located on the top floor of Villa "La Marée", on a lively street, you will be charmed by its exceptional location close to the beach and close to amenities(restaurants, tobacco,etc.) With an area of 18M2, you will find a bed of 160x200, a shower and a sink, all renovated in 2024 with a clean and elegant decoration. The Room has a fridge and microwave.

Friendly holiday home with 2 bedrooms and a sofa bed in the living room, kitchen with dishwasher, oven, built-in microwave, filter coffee maker, with nice garden with teepee and small games for children, a beautiful terrace to have your family meals. It is located right next to the beach you can admire the sea from the front door. Close to all amenities, market, beds made before your arrival, towels, tea towels, board games, washer-dryer.

Bathroom and small kitchen area consisting of a fridge/microwave/Senseo coffee machine and cutlery. The minimum is offered for "breakfast" (coffee, sugar,jam , biscuit and orange juice) . Hours are from 5 p.m. to 11 a.m. Have a great stay.
