Located on the top floor of Villa "La Marée", on a lively street, you will be charmed by its exceptional location close to the beach and close to amenities(restaurants, tobacco,etc.) With an area of 18M2, you will find a bed of 160x200, a shower and a sink, all renovated in 2024 with a clean and elegant decoration. Large and bright, it has been completely refurbished and is bordered by a 20 m² terrace which benefits from a large table and a gas barbecue to enjoy the beautiful days. The house has been designed and equipped for family holidays by the sea and to enjoy the entertainment offered by the municipality during the summer period. Off-season, the environment is quieter and more conducive to rest.
