Everything was very good and I will recommend this place to my friends!

Delighted with our stay at Andrea's. The explanations about the place are detailed and clear. The apartment matches the photos, clean , functional, comfortable bedding and especially close to the metro and bus line. We were able to do everything on foot it was great. ( visit Madrid but also 3 other cities Toledo, Segovia, and Aranjuez which are quickly accessible by train) Andrea was responsive to our requests , always present quickly to respond to us and give us advice. Recommended 👍👍👍

The stay was very pleasant, comfortable and everything was very clean. As is the listing description. The attention received from Toni was great, being attentive at all times of our arrival and giving us the keys and how to access the parking lot. We would definitely go back, I recommend it 100%.

We had a great stay in Chamartin. The apartment was well stocked, clean and comfortable. Area is great for access to town and great restaurants. Apartment is on the small side when traveling with kids given the lack of living space and a separate dining area. But the three bedrooms and balcony help make up for it, especially if not having an extended stay.

Luz's place, while small, is perfect for a tourist stay. The location is its main attribute, it's excellent. The heating is at an ideal point. Communication is also something I appreciate that from the time of booking it was easy and practical. Luz and Altair were very attentive, it took a little longer than the warned time to arrive due to a setback and still they were waiting for me with a good attitude. My only criticism would perhaps be regarding the cleanliness of kitchen utensils, at least the things we used just to see them didn't look very well washed.

Alicia offers a very nice and tastefully decorated apartment. We stayed as a couple with our 2 children and we were very well settled. nearby metro station to reach the center of Madrid. Alicia is very responsive, attentive and has good advice. We'll save the address for next time!

Good place, this. Stayed here three or four times, never disappointed- it has everything you need, is walking distance to the city centre (if you like a bit of a walk) and the barrio it is in is unusual and rather nice.

Excellent location situated in a courtyard with lots of outdoor bars and restaurants. Apartment was clean and comfortable and matched the description. Daniel was an excellent host and gave some great recommendations.

Apartment is remodeled, modern Style with blend of exposed brick and highlights the support beams. Very good taste in design and flow. Would definitely stay here again

We truly enjoyed our stay at Maria’s place. The apartment is clean and comfortable and had everything we needed to make us feel right at home. The check-in process was smooth and the host graciously accommodated our early arrival. The apartment is centrally located with plenty of good restaurants and coffee shops nearby. In short, a great experience all around. We highly recommend it.

Great location, in a very safe lively area. The apartment is a half flight below street level so it was a bit dark with no view, but very quiet.

Felix was a great host. Check in was smooth and access instructions were clear and easy to follow. We were there for a month and really enjoyed our stay. The location was perfect, close to the Royal Palace but in a non-touristy neighbourhood. Numerous cafe’s in the surrounding streets and a well stocked Dia supermarket 200m away. The apartment is compact, but totally suitable for a couple. We would be happy to stay there again next time we are in Madrid.

The stay was very pleasant . The apartment is very well located, it is comfortable , very quiet , large terrace and very usable in good weather. Parking with direct access to the house. Very comfortable bed and pillows. The hosts are very friendly and always attentive.

One of the best and cleanest Airbnbs I’ve ever stayed at. Raquel and her co-host were friendly and responsive. They left us some complimentary drinks and snacks. My cleanliness standards are high and I thought the place is very clean! Walkable to most places and a very nice neighbourhood. The apartment itself is very cute. We had a great stay in Madrid and this apartment. I highly recommend!

Fantastic location for our week in Madrid at a spacious and beautiful apartment for the two of us. We were out and about in the city so much that we barely got to enjoy the sauna! We did have one snag where the cleaners didn’t leave the proper bath and kitchen towels but that was quickly resolved by our responsive and helpful co-host.

My Spanish wife and I stayed for the entire month of April. We visit Spain most every year so we can visit her family. Lovely place, we loved the location: Close to TWO metro stations, a great supermarket and LOTS of shopping and restaurants. Even though we were close to the center, it did not feel over touristy, we felt like we were really living in a Spanish neighborhood. We loved the big, luxurious master bath, though we never used the bathtub. The second bathroom is tiny, NOT for big people. We never had to use the heat or A/C so I cannot comment on that. Gigi is a good host. Absolutely recommend!
