Great, spacious, bright, and clean apartment with a large and fully equipped kitchen. The location is unbeatable, only a short walk to Prado and Retiro park. The street is quiet at night, and one can sleep peacefully. Blanca and Tomi were very responsible and accommodating. I loved my stay here!

Alfonso y Marcela fueron excelentes en comunicación desde la reserva hará el momento de check out . El apartamento está muy bien ubicado a solo 5 min caminando está un supermercado, al salir del edificio está una pequeña tienda y al rededor hay más pequeñas tiendas y farmacia a menos de 5 min . Los puntos de mayor interés como plaza mayor , puerta del sol y km 0 a tan solo 5-10 min . Gran vía unos 15 min caminando . Cerca hay gran variedad de restaurantes locales y también una estación de metro . El apartamento está bien equipado en su cocina y las camas súper cómodas . Súper recomendado . Para llegar al piso hay ascensor pero también debes bajar escaleras o subir , eso estaba en la descripción del apto también , todo muy bien explicado

Un excellent sejour a Madrid, dans le magnifique appartement de Kevin. 3 tres belles chambres, avec une literie impeccable, des salles de Bain et une cuisine tres propres et avec tout le necessaire. L’appartement est situe pres de 2 x stations de metro offrant un acces rapide a toutes les principales attractions de Madrid. Salamanca est egalement un des meilleur Quartier pour ses restaurants le soir.

We had a blast during our stay. Thanks to Mariela and Pilar, their place was very nice and quiet. Had all the amenities we needed and was very clean. One thing to note, no complaints but possibly for older adults the stairs leading to the bedroom and hot tub are a bit tricky with suitcases. Also, we didn’t ask for any, but could have used a couple extra towels. The neighborhood is a bit rough, but we walked everywhere and never felt unsafe. Was told by multiple people that there were a lot of pickpockets in that area. Again, we never felt unsafe or had any issues. Walking distance to many of the places we wanted to see. Bolt taxis are also very useful around that area. Pilar and Mariela were great to work with and very responsive. We’ll definitely check on availability with them next time we’re in town.

We really enjoyed our stay at this Airbnb! It was the perfect landing spot for Madrid. Would stay again.

Nous avons passé un super séjour chez Laura et Daniel à Paracuellos, tout près de Madrid. L’appartement était top : propre, confortable et très bien situé. Grâce aux transports en commun, il était très facile de rejoindre le centre de Madrid sans voiture. Le 28 avril, une panne d’électricité massive a touché l’Espagne et le Portugal. Malgré cela, Laura et Daniel ont été incroyablement attentionnés : ils nous ont fourni des lampes portatives et ont pris régulièrement de nos nouvelles pour s’assurer que tout allait bien. Le fait que Laura parle couramment le français a grandement facilité la communication et a été d’une aide précieuse. Nous recommandons vivement cet hébergement pour son confort, son emplacement idéal et surtout pour l’hospitalité exceptionnelle de Laura et Daniel.

We had a wonderful stay here with my mother and brother. The place was impeccably clean and very spacious, with incredibly comfortable beds. The smart television was a nice bonus. The only minor thing to note is that the curtains in the sofa bed area are quite light, so someone sleeping there might wake up a bit easily. However, the host was fantastic - very attentive and quick to respond to anything we needed. Overall, a great experience!

From arrival to departure it was perfect! Carmen helped us prearrange an airport pickup and had someone meet us at the apartment to show us everything we needed to know. The apartment and location were perfect! The apartment is centrally located and we could walk to everything we wanted to see. There were so many amazing restaurants within feet of the apartment, as well as grocery stores, and cafes. We were traveling with three children (4, 13, 15) and we had everything we needed. The kitchen was well stocked and we cooked breakfast for ourselves most morning (the grocery is literally across the street). The apartment is cozy and super inviting, the views were great, and we would open the balcony door to listen to the street performers sing every evening. The WiFi worked great, and the kids were able to game and stream shows during our down time. I would highly recommend staying at Carmen’s apartment.

tl;dr: we had wonderful stay at Judith/Tamara's place, everything was just perfect. Longer version: the apartments are in a quiet and nice neighborhood, exactly as described and shown in the photos. They are clean and fully equipped with everything required for a family of four. Tamara met us upon arrival, provided step-by-step guidance, and was extremely helpful throughout our stay. We couldn’t have asked for more.

Mercedes est une femme que tout le monde respecte ,elle est très gentille . personnellement je trouve la communication très fluide et sa réaction est rapide, c'est sûr si les conditions sont réunis je ferai l'expérience une autre fois.

Everything went smoothly. The host gave us extremely detailed instructions making our check in very easy. The apartment was in great location just ten minutes from two metro lines in a very quiet neighbourhood. It smelled freshness and cleanliness. Very spacious for four people. The host was also kind enough to let us check in late without any extra fee. Thanks for a very comfortable day.

Santiago is an amazing host—kind, attentive, and always available when needed. He truly goes above and beyond to ensure everything is perfect. The space is small, but cozy and inviting, with a warm, homely feel. All the pretty plants made it feel like a genuine home rather than one of those impersonal apartments with plastic decor. It’s also very clean and well-maintained. Oh and the bed is super comfy! If I could give him 6 stars, I would! Highly recommended 100%!

Juan un excelente anfitrión, muy atento a las necesidades que tuviéramos, amable en dejar pan, leche y mermelada para los huéspedes; sin dudarlo volvería a quedarme en su apartamento.

Apartamento cercano a aeropuerto , a locales comerciales , en un condominio muy tranquilo y seguro . Alex nos esperó con el sofá cama habilitado lo cual fue de gran ayuda para nosotros que arribábamos de madrugada . Solo nos complicó el no tener hervidor de agua , pero es por costumbre en nuestro país a usarlo para todo( solucionable por cierto ). Indicaciones claras y el anfitrión siempre atento y muy amable

Magnifique appartement, dans un quartier calme et en même temps proche des quartiers animés. Le métro est proche et permet d’aller rapidement au centre de Madrid Échange impeccable avec l’hôte, bienveillante et arrangeante sur notre arrivé et départ Appartement soigné, de qualité, chaleureux Je recommande

The place is clean and beautiful with delightful sunny vibes and parking available. The location was great for us. We had a car. The host was warm, responsive, and friendly. We highly recommend this place.

This was truly the best Airbnb I’ve ever stayed at. And it was definitely the cleanest I’ve ever stayed in as well ! A few things worth mentioning… The gym is small, but so fantastic to have it and it is directly next-door to the apartment… So And the private terrace for the apartment is fabulous as well… It also has a really great coffee machine, but if you stay for more than a few days, and drink lots of coffee like us… You will need to buy beans . Love love love this place !!convenient !

Laura est une hôte très attentionnée. L'appartement etait très propre, très calme et proche du centre et de tous les sites remarquables. Tout est accessible à pied en 20 minutes. Et le métro La Latina est à 4 min. Si vous louez chez Laura pour visiter le centre de Madrid vous ne serez pas déçus.
