The flat is very spacious. It has a fully equipped with a brand new kitchen, 1 double bedroom, 1 bathroom and a very stylish living room. The bedroom has air conditioning and you can also enjoy the swimming pool in the hot days of summer.

My apartment is in a listed building from 1890, on a pedestrian and tree-lined street in Madrid de los Austrias: area where the royal court lived, during the almost two centuries that the Habsburg dynasty lasted in Spain.
