We spent wonderful 4 nights at Katie‘s house. Enjoyed the landscape a lot and relaxed in the nice accommodation. Kate was always helpful in case we needed anything. Would love to come again.

I cannot recommend The Old Milking Stall (Tim and Barbara) enough!! I stayed there with my family for 4 days and it was more than we could imagine! Tim and Barbara themselves are so welcoming and helpful, they couldn’t be any nicer if they tried! They provide a thoughtful welcome hamper! And for their home it is gorgeous! So beautiful from the garden to the reading nook, it’s perfect for all! Their pet dogs being your friend is a bonus! If you need any help they are willing to do what they can from taxi advice to food recommendations! If you need a place to stay in Skibbereen, The Old Milking Stall is definitely the place to stay! An absolute gem of a property in a wonderful quiet location with glorious views. The hosts were exceptional with their friendly welcoming way and they certainly went over and above to make our stay a memorable one. Highly recommended.

A spacious, immaculately clean apartment with everything you could need. Julie left milk, tea bags and a lovely treat which we were grateful for. Have already recommended to family and we would definitely like to stay again.

Great home to start our vacation. Peaceful. Place was amazing. Beds were comfortable. When we had questions they were right there to answer them. Would come back.

This house was perfect for our needs. As a large group of adults, the number of en-suite rooms was great. The house had a wonderful large kitchen/living space, perfect for gatherings. The house was warm and beds were comfortable. Barbara was quick to respond and very helpful with our check-in and check-out arrangements. There was plenty of equipment and a well stocked cupboard of herbs and spices and odd bits that you need but don’t want to buy just for a few days. The location was perfect - 10 min walk to the centre of Bantry and the views are amazing from the house (despite the rain). We will definitely be back.
