Convenient parking on site, recently installed fibre WiFi, ideal for relaxation or remote working. Surrounding gardens include a native Irish woodland, orchard, vegetable and fruit garden. Situated a short distance from Omeath village and start of the Omeath Carlingford Greenway. 10 minutes drive to Carlingford and Newry.

The tower is regarded as a folly tower built in remembrance of his late mother. Recently restored into a small habitable dwelling and is now available for rental for selected months of the year. The granny flat is joined to our family home, a large 5 bedroomed house in the beautiful seaside village of Blackrock, Co Louth. We are less than 5 minutes walk to the beach, shops, bars and restaurants on the seafront of the village, from where there is a regular bus service in to Dundalk.
